A/n: No surprise that this just came to mind, so might be crappy! This is only something small, but yeah! As always leave comments and/or requests!
You leaned against your boyfriend, as you both sat on Aomine's bed, your back against his chest and his arms wrapped around you and his chin on your shoulder.
You read a book that you had gotten when you lived in America with Kagami, your brother.
Aomine knitted his eyebrows together, "What is that?" he asked.
You smiled, "A book."
Aomine snorted, "I can see that, I meant what's it about? I can't read it."
You put a book mark in the book and closed it, "It's basically about this family of four boys who have the abilities to sort of control the elements. Chris is water; Gabriel is fire, Nick wind and Michael earth. This is the fourth book; it's in Nick's point of view. It's my hundredth time reading it and I love it." You said hugging the book to your chest.
Aomine clicked his tongue, "What a waste of time…" he said.
You grinned and tilted your head back to look at him, "Do my ears deceive me, or do you sound jealous?" you asked.
Aomine slightly glared at you, "No, you should be reading Japanese books at least."
You laughed, "You're just saying that cause you can't read or speak in English."
Aomine's slight glare didn't falter, "Shut up."
You grinned and turned around in the hold and straddled Aomine's waist, "You should learn you're English. You're going to have a hard time when we go to America to meet the rest of the Kagami's."
Aomine had a slight blush, "Don't remind me…" he mumbled.
You giggled, "You're the one who said you wanted to meet them."
Aomine put a hand to his face, "I regret my life choices."
Your grin grew as you leaned into his neck, "Aomine, you're so cute when you blush; I wish I could make you do it in front of the others." You whispered in English.
Aomine jolted slightly at the feel of your breath on his ear, and pulled back to look at you, "What did you say?" he asked.
You smiled sweetly, "It's your fault for not learning when you should be~"
Aomine's eyebrow twitched, "(Name)." he warned.
You leaned in close to him, wrapping your arms around him, "Say, Aomine, I wonder when you'll be able to understand when I tell you I love you." You giggled, "Since the only time I ever tell you is in English or when you sulk for me to tell you in Japanese."
Aomine looked you in the eyes, "Are you insulting me without me understanding it?" he asked.
You chuckled and kissed the boy, to which he happily obliged.
You gently pulled apart and smiled at him, "Guess I'll keep on telling you till you understand." You said and kissed him again.
For every breath you both took you'd tell him you loved him in English. Aomine didn't know what you were saying, but deep down he had an idea of what you were saying.
As he had you lying on the bed and him towering over you he panted, "Fine," he said, "I'll learn how to speak English. I want to be able to speak to your family and understand them."
You smiled up at him, "I love you." You said.
Aomine grinned and kissed you deeply, "I love you too."
~~The next day at the basketball court!~~
Aomine stood in front of Kagami, "Say, Kagami, what does 'I love you' mean?" he asked.
Kagami spate out as he froze in shock.
