I just wanted to let you know that I personally know the author of Stand Hero and have decided to do a continuation of his story with his consent. The reason why he stopped working on it was because he told me that he lost interest with writing fanfiction, so I'm here to write in the way that suits my writing style. I hope you can enjoy my first fanfiction and give me constructive criticism along the way.

I don't own JoJo's Bizarre Adventure or Young Justice. These series belong to their respective creators.

(Play Dream of Dreams by Brian Crain)

In an undisclosed forest, as the sky was an orange-red, with the moon soon to be in sight, the forest's many birds were chirping and the leaves were rustling. Not a thing out of place with the exception of one very out of place thing. This thing was floating on top of a rotten log in one of the forest's many streams of water, being gently pushed to wherever it was going.

On closer inspection you would realize that this thing was alive, but barely, and blood was profusely coming out of a large wound in it's side, with the sticky red substance mixing in with the water around it. This 'thing' was a woman with her eyes closed in a state of unconsciousness. She had brunette hair with black jeans, a red button-up shirt with a bloody tear, a brown leather jacket with an equally large opening, and the glint of a golden badge attached to her belt. It's worth mentioning that her aforementioned hair had an odd bright blue streak running down the side, and at the very tips were remnants of brown dye running off of it, mixing in with the water and her own blood.

The moment she woke up she gasped for air and her body cringed in pain. She vaguely noticed that her right arm was holding onto the log for dear life.

'This seriously can't be the end...it just can't be with everything I've been through...not with everyone I got to know...it just can't...'

She looked up into the twilight filled sky with a very tired expression, her eyes twitching in agony from her wound.

'My life really has went to hell since that day, hasn't it? Sure its had some good moments, but it was pretty much just me meeting one psycho after another, each one trying to kill...me in a new elaborate...way. Damn. I-I need to get out of this place. I-I'm losing too much...blood...please God, if you're up there don't let those...monsters get to me.'

Her train of thought drifted for a minute until she slowly went for her neck and pulled something from out of her shirt. It was a gold chain with a large letter Z attached to the end. She held it firmly in her hands, as if it would be lost otherwise.

'It...can't end like this. Why...did my life...have to go to shit?'

'I'm...so sorry...I...'
