Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets
Hermione scratched her head. Her eyes were itchy with sleep. In her left hand was a mirror, and in another was a book, entitled: Myths.
Hermione turned another page, and saw what she was looking for. It was a page about basilisks. Hermione skimmed through it. The monster must be a basilisk. She told herself.
It didn't tell her how it was getting around. Then Hermione understood. Harry had said that he had head a voice in the walls. Hermione then ripped the page out of the book, and then picked up a quill, and wrote pipes on the page.
Hermione looked through the mirror. She was shure she had heard something. Like a sorta hissing.
She stood up and went to a bookshelf. She was about to grab a book when she heard the hissing again. She clenched the page about basilisks in her hand, and picked up her mirror. She looked in the corner, and saw it.
It was like a giant serpent. Its skin was smooth, and slimy. It had huge yellow eyes, and huge white teeth.
The yellow eyes stared at her through the mirror. Hermione felt herself go rigid. She gasped, and fell to the ground, black clouding her vision. The last thing she remembered was falling to the ground and hearing the basilisk slither away, before she knew no more.
