"Here, Sam. The Impala is right up ahead," Dean softly said, leading Sam to the car.
"Oh. Dean, my head hurts. Why does my head hurt?" Sam repeated, looking expectantly at Dean.
"You've got a nice crack on the head, Sam from crashing into that door." He saw a little more blood trickle from the head wound.
"Hmm… You… you okay?" Sam asked as his head lolled in a semicircle. His eyes rested on his hand, clasped in Dean's.
"Dean, you… you're hand… and hold…?" he babbled.
"Don't mention it Samantha," Dean smiled back at Sam.
"Seriously. Don't mention it!"
