AN: Oh God.... What's wrong with me? I never though I'd sink this way... Oh well here's an incredibly stupid thing I felt like writing.
Additional: My PROPER RD story "Hidden Emotions" will be updated shortly so don't worry it hasn't been forgotten!!
"Dear World" I write with my pen. Tears stream on to my paper as I go any further... "It's over! There's nothing left for me" I look at my writing wonder what people would think. But I already knew! No one cared! I see that now! I mean nothing to this world!! NOTHING!!
It never used to be like this... I was always to my self I didn't care that I had no real friends. No family nothing to look to... I was just a dreamer. Dreaming that one day I could be the best cricket player in the entire world.
It all changed that day...
I had applied for extra lessons at my class. My teacher was an ass hole as usual. If cricket wasn't my dream I would have quit long ago... but I had to keep going.
After a hard day of training I put the TV on, switched to the sports channel...
"NO!!" I screamed! There was a cricket match on that day! How could I have forgotten? As the music dies down an announcement is heard...
"For those of you who missed tonight's match and wish to know the score please call 0800 569 786"
I had to know!! I rushed to the telephone.
"Damn my memory" What was that phone? I couldn't remember! No wait it came back...
"0800 569 78...7?" That sounded about right. I heard the other phone ringing.
Then it answered. I heard a voice.
"Hello!" The voice said. "My name is Arnold J. Rimmer!"
I told this "Rimmer" That I hard a problem that I had got home late and missed my chance. That seamed simple enough.
"Oh" The man said "So you missed. Out? Well we can't all find the right person I suggest you just forget all your problems and get up the ladder of success and even when you don't make it; you can say you had a go!"
"What?" I asked... I was shaking!
"We just have to face the fact..." The man continued "That some of us aren't meant to have friends, so we have to sort out the important things in life!"
"But Rimmer!!" I screamed down the phone. "What do you mean?"
"Oh Sorry!" Said Rimmer. "That's all the time we have left!" and he hung up. Just like that.
I had never realized before then. I had no friends my family had died. And I never got to know them I was to busy for success...
"Arnold J. Rimmer" had shown me the light.
I finished my letter...
"Good Bye to my world"
I looked at the calendar as I went out it was Sunday. I shut the door behind me and headed to the highest building in town...
AN: Well that was crap! But I just felt like writing it. I'll get started on my real story now...
