So dear to me

Always keep me company

Loki's eyes pleaded with Tony's as Tony stopped on the top step and turned to look at Loki.

"Loki, don't look at me like that," Tony whined; Loki ignored him and continued to stare.

Who needs to go outside

I will be your silent bride

I can't take my eyes off you

"Ugh, Jarvis, cancel my plans for today," Tony said with a sigh. He watched Loki's face light up instantly. Tony walked down the steps to the man.

Nothing ever needs to be said

You send your message

right into my head

"What did you have planned?" Tony asked. Loki tried to hide a little smirk but Tony saw it anyways.

"Nothing, I just wanted you to take a break and spend time with me," Loki said. Tony threw his head back in disbelief.

"You made me cancel everything for nothing?" he asked.

You fill me up when I'm alone

So soothing is your monotone

He looked back down to Loki with a hurtful expression.

"I'm sorry Loki," he said immediately, his hands flying around him. Loki nestled his head in Tony's neck and loosely hugged back.

I can't take my eyes off you

I can't take my eyes off you

"We'll go to the park or something," Tony said, pulling away and smiling. Loki smiled back and walked up the steps with Tony to the room.

Tony picked Loki out a pair of jeans and a T shirt, handing them to him and giving him a kiss on the cheek.

So maybe you're not as real

as the others

Loki changed into the clothes and Tony handed him a pair of sunglasses.

"Not that anyone will say anything to you while you're with me, not taking the chance," Tony explained before Loki could ask. Loki looked at the sunglasses and handed them back.

"I can handle it," he said.

But I choose you over all my past lovers

For they have come and they have gone

The two of them walked towards Central Park, stopping at a hot dog vendor for a quick lunch. They laughed the rest of the walk and then enjoyed themselves with a boat ride.

When a light drizzle started, Tony hurriedly got Loki out of the boat and they ran for cover under a nearby tree. They still managed to get soaked and wet, but it just made them laugh more.

but I can always turn you on

Tony decided to walk out from under the shade and stand in the middle of the downpour. Most of the park was deserted now and Tony decided to not care anymore.

He grabbed Loki's arm and pulled him out into the rain as well.

Soon both men were completely soaked and walking back towards Stark Tower.

"Thank you," Tony said before they could make it through the door.

"For what?" Loki asked, obviously confused. He hadn't done anything for Tony all day.

I can't take my eyes off you

I can't take my eyes off you

"Thank you for having me cancel my plans; I couldn't think of anything that would've been more important to do today."

A/N: Still not a huge fan of my endings, but it will do
