Chapter 1 Heading To Hogwarts

The Weasley family all crowed in one large group. WE could hear the faint sound of the train whistling in the distance. The big silver clock above hit 10:52, the train to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry would be leaving in eight minuets. "Alright children", our father called out. "Lets get into pairs. I want you all to get there safely." I rolled my eyes. Harry laughed at my rude remark towards my father. I couldn't help my cheeks turning red as he made eye contact with me.

I am the youngest of seven children, five of which attend Hogwarts. There is, Fred and George the twins, Percy the perfect prefect, Ron my dorky older brother, and me Ginny the youngest. We were accompanied by Harry Potter, the one and only, and my B.F.F. Hemione Granger. We quickly got into pair. Fred and George, of cores. Ron and Harry. Percy and Hermione. And my mother and father. And then there was me, all alone standing on the platform. I should just try to enter alone. I got a running start and then..CRASH! I screamed as I hit the groung hard on my rear. "OUCH" I said aloud. A hand shot out offering to help me up. I grabbed it and shot up looking at a girl my age.

We had some similarities, but she had blonde hair, and me with my ugly arse red hair. Her eyes were a very bright emerald green, and me with my metallic brown eyes (the only feature of myself I actually like.) "Sorry about that." She said in an annoyingly perky voice. "It's ok." I answered back shortly. She looked around. I looked at her bags, brand new black, gold-rimmed bags, with the initials L.H. on the side. A silver gray owl with white tips on the end of each feather, sat on top of her trolley. "Going to Hogwarts?" I whispered. "Ya! Only I cant find the platform." She sighed. "Thank God!" I almost shouted. She stepped back in alarm, "What is it?" I pointed to the brick wall, "That's the platform." "You just run through it and your there." She looked at me as if I had gone mental. "But, it's better to go in pairs" I finished. "Could we go together?" she asked. "I was thinking the same thing." WE smiled and grabbed or trolley's and ran through the wall, and entered a room buzzing wit Hogwarts students and parents.
