This song just started playing on my ipod and I got inspiration for this one-shot. I know Thalia might have been upset after Luke died, but she was probably super angry at him before that. For betraying her, abandoning her, poisoning her tree, kidnapping Annabeth. And while she was battling Luke in TTC she seemed really angry. Set sometime during BOTL before Thalia knows that he is Kronos. So here it is. . .
Thalia lay down in her tent. The Hunters had set up camp and Thalia needed a break. She stuck her ipod headphones in her ears. Artemis gave her a lot of freedom, letting her have an ipod as long as it didn't interfere with the Hunt. Artemis knew Thalia would never betray her after him. She still thought about him, but it was mainly thoughts of how she wished he would be given a million paper cuts and rolled in salt. Suddenly one word blared in her ears repeatedly.

This song really described her thoughts of him and she made herself comfortable while she listened.

As much as she hated to admit it, it was true. She thought she loved him. Then he betrayed her. It was then she saw love was pointless and joined the Hunters.

Thalia didn't even realise she had sang along to the last part. Artemis appeared in the flap of the tent.
"Join us," she said, her silver eyes looking straight into Thalia's blue ones. Thalia pulled out her earphones and went to sit with her sisters. She didn't look back.
After reading that, you probably think I was angry at something but I just thought it would be a good way to show Thalia had let go. The song is Hate (I Really Don't Like You) by the Plain White T's by the way. I just changed girl to guy in the song. Please review!
