LAST DANCE: Chapter 1
Sasami sat in the dim light that shone from the window.
She stared. Stared at the one thing she had loved in her life more than anything. Him. He was the same as he had been, not a day older in appearance. Sasami had grew in the 8 years he had been gone. Her hair was darker, worn up in pigtails just the same she had worn when she was with him. Her childish face had matured, and she was taller. The Sasami that he had known 8 years ago was gone.
"Sasami, breakfast!"
her mother yelled from downstairs. Sasami looked in her mirror at her high school uniform. This was her last year attending high school, and after that she wouldn't see her friends much anymore. She pulled up her stockings and headed for the stairs. " Coming!" Sasami replied. She popped a piece of french toast in her mouth. " Mom, i'm going to be late! Love you, bye!" she hugged her mother and rushed for the door. As she was shuffling for the door, her mother grabbed her and pulled her backwards. "Hey what are you-" Sasami struggled. "Sorry honey, but I almost forgot. Come right home tonight. Your father and I have something to talk to you about." Sasami nodded her head and left.
