"I'm not fine, think about it the president's going Vanessa hudgens's first concert in 3 years" she said to her bestfriend using air-quotes
"So what if my dad announces it, you'll get to see your friends again" Maddie said
( not only the president's daughter but her bestfriend ). Vanessa looked suspiciously at Maddie who grinned secretly. A boy and girl ran into the room. Vanessa smiled at the 2 and 3 year-olds.
"2 years 11months 10 days" Vanessa said quietly.
Maddie looked at her and murmured "3years 3 months". They both sat there a moment before Vanessa picked the boy and Maddie swung the girl on to her shoulders.
"Come on Co" Vanessa said to the boy. Maddie scoffed and her daughter coppied her
"What" V said the little girl rolled her eyes.
"you want your mommy to call you by your first name don't you Alex" She said
"Yes I do Mittens" Alex said to her. She stuck her tongue out at him
"it's camra smarty pants"she said poutely. Their mothers laughed.

"I can't believe it guys,Vanessa back?" Zac said in a disbelieving tone to the usual crowd
"Don't be like that Zac she didn't want to leave, I know she didn't" Ashley said just as the doorbell rang. She ran down to answer it. On her way down she saw Monique who had gone to get snacks open the front door. Standing in front of them was Maddie smiling.
"Hi you two, I have a package for you, but first you have to guess what it is" maddie said
both girls were very confused but nodded. suddenly alex popped out from behind a bush and maddie picked him.
"who does he look like" maddie said
the girls gasped
"who do you think his mother is" she asked
their eyes got big
"and who do you think is in the car" she said finally said. both girls squealed and ran towards the limo. Vanessa rolled down the window and all four girls started talking excitedly. after a few minutes they heard someone behind them. They all spun around to see zac coming towards them. maddie dove back into the car holding alex and handed the two girls six tickets to the concert before speeding off around the corner. Ashley and Monique both whipped around to a very confused zac. they smiled at him and ran inside.
"Come on guys who was it" zac said angrily the girls glanced at each other
"It was just the ups guy he brought us tickets" ashley said smiling she could see that corbin and lucas were interested now to.
"in a limo? i dont think so" zac said
"Fine it was the first kid maddie stilts president's daughter" monique said shyly
"Why would she bring us tickets" lucas inquired
"Think about it the president anounces the concert and the first kid brings us tickets where to you think vanessa's been this whole time" ashley questioned. ZAc almost choked
"Was vanessa in the limo" he finally said both girls nodded. He turned white
"Well i guess were going to that concert" lucas said
