When Jo reached the crossroads she knew she would never regret what she was doing after all she loved him more than anything and she had to see him one more time even if it was the last thing she ever did.
"What can I do you for little lady?" the demon said and the form of a man in his late 50's
"I wanna make a deal" Jo said "I will give you my soul for Dean Winchester's"
"You love him?" the man said laughing "aw sweetie I bet he doesn't even remember your name"
"I don't care" Jo said "because the thought of Dean Winchester not being your little torture boy down their scares the hell out of you guys because when he is here it gives Sam someone worth fighting for and to stay good for and he makes everyone else's lives a little bit brighter and that scares the crap out of the devil himself"
"You do love him" the demon said
"Just promise me you will bring him back" Jo said
"Sorry Princess" he said "no can do"
"You BASTARD!" Jo screamed at him as he disappeared and she dropped to the floor and cried she couldn't bring him back the one guy she wanted more than anyone else and he was gone and there was nothing else she could do the crossroad demon was her last hope
"Please" she sobbed "please"
Then she was consumed by white light that practically blinded her and when she opened her eyes there he stood just the way he had left her.
"What you crying about Jo?" Dean asked
"Nothing" she said and ran at him and he caught her with ease bringing her into a tight deep kiss
"Promise me" Jo said
"What?" Dean asked
"Promise me you won't let me go again" Jo asked him
"I promise" Dean said
