A/n: Okay, this is the first story i have put on here so please be at least a little kind. this is also my first lemon and i did my best. this is brother on brother so if you don't like it, don't read it. you have been warned. i'm done ranting now, so enjoy!
Itachi snuck into Sasuke's room, the young Uchiha fast asleep. Itachi smirked ass he stripped himself silently before climbing onto the bed. He slowly pulled Sasuke's pajama pants and boxers down, at which Sasuke stirred some, but kept sleeping. He licked the inside of Sasuke's thigh, smirking when the young Uchiha gasped in his sleep. He then licked the underside of his brother's member, with this Sasuke woke up.
"Itachi? What the hell ar-?!" He started, but got cut off when the older man put his hand over his mouth.
"Quiet little brother. I won't her…much," he replied, smirking at the last word.
"What are you going to do?" Sasuke asked, fear in his eyes.
"You'll see little brother."
Itachi crawled up his brother's body and bit into his neck, smirking when Sasuke cried out. When Sasuke felt Itachi's member against his opening he gasped.
"NO! I don't want to! Stop!" Itachi chuckled.
"And why should I?"
"I don't want it! Please don't!"
"Too late."
Itachi thrust into his brother hard and Sasuke cried out in pain, a few tears falling down his face.
"It's ok little brother. The pain will be gone soon."
"Now!" He yelled, wanting his brother to stop. Itachi smirked and started thrusting hard into Sasuke at a steady pace. As he did this, Sasuke screamed in pain.
Itachi ignored his brother's screams and quickened his pace, at which Sasuke started moaning to his surprise. As Itachi felt Sasuke tighten around him he gave a few hard thrusts before releasing his seed into the young Uchiha, moaning his name. Sasuke couldn't take anymore and came onto both their stomachs, screaming Itachi's name.
Itachi pulled himself out of Sasuke and lay next to him, catching his breath. After a few minutes of silence, Itachi got up and put his clothes on. He was about to leave, but was stopped when he heard Sasuke's voice.
"Don't leave me again." Itachi smiled at this and walked back over to him, pulling the covers over him.
"I'll come back for you little brother." He kissed the younger boy's forehead and walked out.
