"I can't do this Bobby" Sam said standing at the grave side "how am I meant to burn my brother my brother who died for me the man I loved more than anything he looked after me, made sure I got to school okay hell he damn near got expelled from every high school we went to because he got into fights sticking up for me"
"I know son" Bobby said "I just wish we could bury him properly give him a proper send off"
"Maybe we can" Sam said "Bobby I will find a way to get Dean back into his body can we bury him here? I could call round some of the people we have helped and tell them what has happened I am sure they would want to say goodbye to him"
"If it was anyone other than you and that knuckleheaded brother of yours I would say no" Bobby said "but I think he should have a proper send off too like your daddy would have wanted, not that he would have wanted Dean to die like this"
"Thanks Bobby" Sam said and the older wizened hunter pulled the younger man into a hug
The Next Day
"Hey Lisa" Sam said "it's Sam Winchester ... yeah Dean's brother look Lisa I don't know how to tell you this but Dean died three days ago and I know you hadn't seen him for a while but I would appreciate it if you could come to his funeral?"
"Hey Cass it's Sam" Sam said "Dean died three days ago I know this would come as a shock to you we are holding a funeral for him call me when you get this"
"Hey Sarah it's Sam Winchester" Sam said "Yeah the crazy painting burner look I know it has been a long time but my brother Dean died three days ago and I was wondering if you would like to attend his funeral as we didn't have many what you could call close friends so I am calling everyone in our phones and letting them know"
"Hey Andrea it's Sam Winchester" Sam said "me and my brother Dean helped you out a couple of months back with the ghost in the lake ... Dean died three days ago Andrea and I was ringing to invite you and Lucas to the funeral"
"Hey Ellen it's Sam" he said "I was just calling to let you know we are planning on burying Dean instead of Burning his body you are welcome to come if you want to come and say goodbye"
