It drove Elizabeta absolutely insane that her husband was usually on that blog of his or playing an online video game.
She sighed; she had so much to tell him, but Gilbert was too busy goofing off on that laptop of his to pay her any attention.
The Hungarian Wife of Gilbert Beilschmidt flicked the switch to turn off the wifi; her action caused Gilbert to screech.
"What happened? My followers needed me!" Gilbert whined like a five year old gamer.
"Your wife needs you more." Elizabeta told him rather sternly.
"Why?" Gilbert whined as he left their bedroom in search of his wife.
"You have some chores to do, and I have news to tell you as well as some grocery shopping to do." Elizabeta sighed; sometimes she was sure that her husband was a lost cause when it came to chores.
May be she should keep the wifi turned off to actually get him to get some work done.
"What do you have to tell me?" Gilbert sighed, wishing that he was working on his blog which believe it or not actually made them money.
"I will tell you it when the house is sparkling clean and the groceries are done." Elizabeta left the house to buy groceries and do some neccessary shopping.
Gilbert grumbled under his breath as he cleaned up around the house; only really doing so as he wasn't allowed on the internet.
The house wasn't too dirty, and Gilbert was a fast cleaner; luckily Elizabeta wasn't a big spender or an excessive shopper, and she arrived home shortly after her husband finished cleaning.
"What's the news?" Gilbert gumbled.
"I'm pregnant, so you'll be a father." Elizabeta told him with a wide grin.
"Seriously?" Gilbert asked her.
"Would I lie to you about this?" She asked him.
"No. When will we know what gender our baby will be?" Gilbert asked her like an excited child.
"When I'm about five months along." Elizabeta told him with an excited grin.
"Cool. I hope that we have a daughter." Gilbert told her.
"I want a son." The Hungarian told her Prussian husband.
"You want to bet?" Gilbert asked her with a confident smirk.
"Sure." She answered her husband.
Later that night when Gilbert finally had internet, his blog post read, 'I'm about to be a father, and Eli will be surprised when we both find out that we will have a little princess.'
They did have a daughter much to Gilbert's delight, and Elizabeta's surprise.
