Prologue ;

Eyes showed pure fear as the two men who stood before her approached her. And as they walked attentively, slowly towards her, she couldn't help the tears that flowed down her face, her eyes glassy. Anyone who looked at her would agree that she had a pair of beautiful bright green eyes. Not only that, but that they were full of life and complemented her very well.

However, as the two men looked at her and hovered over her small form, they were anything but lively. She was scared. Very scared. These two men had killed her family moments before, and had made her watch as they died before her very eyes.

And she was so small and young. What could she do? Nothing. She was weak, and felt helpless as they came at her with their knives, intent to kill apparent on both their faces. It was strange though. She knew she looked at them, afraid they might do something the moment she looked away. But their faces were blurry. Perhaps it's her tears making her sight blur? Possibly. But every time she wiped them way furiously, they were still unrecognizable. Why . . . .
