Extended Ending to Season 1, ep. 2, "Passport to Murder"
**marks actual dialogue from Hart to Hart.
**"I hope you're planning on a big finish."
**"Oh, I am." Jonathan closed his eyes again. Jennifer put her arm up around his shoulder. "Now that we're alone like this." He opened his eyes just in time to watch his wife take his mouth with hers. Jonathan's arms wrapped around her, and she rolled on top of him. As they continued to kiss, one of his hands found itself roaming down her back and patting her bottom through her snug white shorts.
"Darling, just how big a finish are we talking about?" She smiled seductively at him.
"I'm going for spine shattering." He nodded once and pulled her back for another kiss. One thing Jonathan admired greatly about his wife was her seductive quality, and she didn't even realize she possessed it. As they continued to kiss passionately, he made a move to roll her over, but she stopped him.
"Uh-uh, Buster, this is my big finish."
"Oh, yeah?" He was smiling from ear to ear. "How'd I ever get so lucky?" She pulled back and looked at him questioningly.
"You already got lucky today?" She shrugged a little. "Then I guess my work here is done." He pulled out one of her favorite phrases.
"Not on your life." She was laughing as he pulled her back for another kiss. Jennifer loved the way they volleyed back and forth between serious and teasing. She'd never met a man who could make her laugh the way Jonathan did. Suddenly her need for him overtook her, and she snaked her hands under his sweatshirt. It was up and over his head before he knew what was happening. She ran feather light touches down his chest and abdomen, while she trailed kisses along his jaw and over the sensitive spot by his ear.
"Darling, as much as I'm enjoying lying in the sun while you make love to me, we should probably go below deck before we get arrested for indecent exposure." He couldn't finish his thought because her mouth took his again. Suddenly she began laughing. "Is there something funny about being in jail?" She got control of herself, barely.
"No, but I just got a flash of your face in that Mexican jail as we tried to seduce Maria. Darling, you looked so uncomfortable." He gave her his best wounded look.
"I was uncomfortable. Being treated like a side of beef." Jennifer snickered again.
"Beef cake, Darling. Beef cake." Before he could protest again, she kissed him and got to her feet. Jennifer held out her hand to help him up off the deck, with an especially blatant invitation in her eyes.
"Why don't we take your suggestion and go below deck?" Jonathan pursed his lower lip.
"I'm not sure if I want to now." Jennifer smiled down at him.
"Aww, c'mon Sailor. You know you're curious about that big finish." He couldn't resist her for long. Jonathan reached up and took Jennifer's hand in his. She gave him a searing kiss before starting down the steps. About half way down, she pulled her sweatshirt over her head and threw it backwards. It hit Jonathan in the chest and he caught a glimpse of his wife's retreating bare back. He took a deep breath, and his smile broadened as he realized what kind of evening he was in for on The Romance.
