It is very short again, but the stories write themselves and need to come out of my head.

Kid petted Law's head gently

"You did the right thing. There was no other solution. You should move on, Law."

"But I feel guilty. He has always said such terrible things he would do if I would break up with him.." It was not more than a shaking whisper.

"It doesn't matter what he has told you or what he has done. It is not your fault, Law! It is his, and only his fault!. He was the one who couldn't deal with a break up, not you! There is no reason for you to feel guilty! You don't even know what happened to him afterwards!"

"B...But.." Tears ran down Law's cheeks as his voice gave away.

Kid felt so terribly helpless. He wanted to break something, erase Law's past with that fucker Doflamingo and protect his precious Law, all at the same time.

Kid loved Law from the depth of his heart, but the older man wasn't able to believe in him, through he obviously returned his feelings.. He was scared and traumatized. And it was all Doflamingo's fault. He has hurt his precious Law, has become his worst nightmare.

Sometimes the fear went so far, it resulted in panic attacks. That was the case today. Fortunately Law has been able to call him this time, since mostly he wasn't able to do anything when the nightmares hit him.

Kid has rushed to the young doctor's flat as fast as he could. He knew that he was the only one who could help Law right now.

"Law, look at me." Kid tried his best to make the other man lift his head and look in his eyes as gently as possible. Hurting Law now would be a very bad idea. "I love you. That's all you have to know. The past doesn't matter. Doflamingo doesn't matter." He kissed the smaller man's forehead. "Everything is alright. I will make everything alright."

The reaction he received surprised Kid. Law has snuggled his face into his black shirt and was clinging to it as if his life depended on it.

Kid didn't need long to understand the situation.

Law really trusted him.

He smiled into the soft black hair as he massaged soft circles into the doctor's back.

"Thank you, Eustass-ya" Law couldn't have imagined, especially in his current state, how much the soft whisper meant to Kid. But he wasn't going to tell him that. Things were alright, as they were now. His priority was to make Law happy after all.

"'t's alright." he mumbled "I love you."
