So, this goes with Double Blind, so spoilers for that. Um, I don't own NCIS and I also apologize for any oocness on Ziva's part, but I just made this realization.

Enjoy!

Ziva shuts the door to her car and walks up to her building. She smiles thinking about the wind whipping through her hair as she drove to work that morning; the feeling akin to the one she felt in L.A. years ago. As the agent walks into the elevator, her smile falters as she is reminded of Tony's face when he saw her car and was then told why she gave her mini away to someone else. However, Tony did have a penchant for killing cars. Sighing, Ziva gets off the elevator and walks to her apartment door. She drops her keys on her island counter with a thud as she realizes she is just as bad as Tony is. Not in the way she kills cars, but in the way she kills men.

Fumbling for her phone, she dials a familiar number, and waits for the person to pick up. When she hears a familiar voice she quickly says, "I kill men."

"What?" Comes the other voice.

"I kill men Tony. Just like you kill cars, I kill men." She responds, her voice slightly going out of control. Tony sighs on the other end wondering why it took his ninja so long to finally crack.

"You don't kill men Ziva." He answers wondering why she is telling him this now.

"No. I do. Every man I get close to dies. Ari, Michael, Ilan, my father. Now Gibbs is leaving! Tony, I killed them all—"

"No! Zi, listen. You did not kill them. Gibbs is going to be sitting in his basement ten years from now drinking bourbon and laughing at how he escaped the feds again. You didn't kill them. Besides, you haven't killed McGee or me." He answers hoping to calm her down. Ziva sniffles wishing her emotions had not peaked on Tony. She mentally berates herself for showing so much emotion. She was so broken no one deserved to see its full extent.

"I almost killed you." The woman whispers so softly Tony is barely able to hear the admission.

"Hey, I killed my car. Let's just both take the blame on that one." Tony lightly jokes. Ziva shakes her head. Her partner is too understanding, but she nods even though he cannot see her.

"Okay." She says softly. There is a beat until Ziva thanks her partner. Tony smiles on the other end before saying, "Anytime Zi. Anytime."
