Through nightmarish struggles,
Through shadowy days.
Through the doorway of hell itself,
Witnessing scenes of horror, a mad play.
But never the courage to tell,
A simple "I love you."
We fought as fellow warriors,
We were there as one.
We stood to face death itself,
Everything, we have done.
