-Reader's Pov-
You waited in your hospital bed. You knew it was almost time for your end. You were getting sicker everyday. Right now you were hooked up to maybe three machines and they were constantly going off.
"Hey _. Are you feeling better?" you hated being asked that by him. You loved Prussia, and he hated to see you suffer. You hadn't told him that you were in love, but you knew that soon you should.
"Na, they gave me some new medicine." you were trying hard not to cry. But a small tear escaped your eye. Prussia gave you a sympathetic look and sat down in a chair next to your bed.
"Don't worry I'm sure you'll get better soon." you started to cry harder and you covered your face as your body feebly shook. "Shh, liebling. You shouldn't waist any energy." you nodded and tried your best to stop crying. Prussia gently scooted you over and then climbed into the bed and laid next to you. You cuddled into him.
"I'm only 19. I don't want to die." Prussia nodded and held you close.
"Don't worry _. I will always be here to save you." Once again you nodded.

-Prussia's Pov-
I was so worried. _ can no longer move on her own. There are so many wires hooked into her that she wouldn't be able to move anyways. Right now I was on my way to get her some ice cream. I knew her time was running short. I ordered the ice cream and the person gave it to me. That's when my cell phone went off and I answered it.
"Mr. Gilbert?" It was the doctor.
"Yes, what is it? Is _ okay?!" I was panicking. I heard the doctor sigh into the phone.
"I'm sorry. There's just no way she's going to get any better. She's getting worse with every passing day. We are going to unhook her. Would you like us to wait for you to get here?" I ran to my car and got in.
"Yes, I'll be there in a few minutes." I started to drive as fast as I could. When I got to the hospital I ran into _'s room. _ was looking out the window, tears streaming down her face.
"_ are you okay?" that was a stupid thing to ask. I walked over to her bed and kissed her forehead.
"Gilbert, there's something I need to tell you." she was having trouble speaking. I nodded for her to go on. She watched for a moment as doctors started to walk into the room. She reached an unsteady hand out and touched my cheek. I held her hand there for her.
"I love you Gilbert. I love you so much." I couldn't hold it in anymore. Tears started to run down my face. I tried to smile as best I could.
"Well then, would you be my awesome girlfriend?" I asked her. She smiled too and nodded. I leaned down and started to kiss her. Then I heard a click and _ gasped for one more breath. Her hand went limp on my face and I stood up straight. Her eyes were closed, and for the first time in a long time, she didn't look like she was in pain.
The doctors left and I climbed into the bed next to _'s form. I held her body close to mine as I cried for her. My arms were wrapped around her and I played with her hair. I finally got up and stood next to the bed.
"I love you." I kissed her head, and then left the hospital.
"My heart with forever remember you."
