"Guys any plans you had on tonight are back on." Sandra huffed as she came out of her office after she came of a long phone call.
"Why?" Brian asked.
"That was DI Steven Cornish, he seems to think that our surveillance operation has been compromised." Sandra replied.
"How so?" Gerry asked.
"There's an informant with in the gang, when we got involved the informant got worried because they knew the major crime group were investigating them but they didn't know anything on them but apparently with us they have a way of getting information." Sandra sighed.
"Don't even go there Sandra." Gerry said getting annoyed.
"You know I have to ask Gerry, it's my job. Have any of you said anything to anyone?"
"Of course we haven't." Gerry said getting annoyed because he'd had to cancel his plans for his night with Sandra to do it and now they couldn't he couldn't do date night either.
"No boss, we wouldn't do that." Came the Scottish man from over at his desk.
"I knew you wouldn't but I have to ask." Brian had been silent through this conversation, Sandra was about to pull him up on this when Strickland walked in.
"What the hell is going on? I've had DI Cornish on the phone for the last half an hour shouting the odds. He seems to think there has been a leak from this office and I've assured him no one with in this office would do that. Please tell me I'm right." Strickland shouted.
"Of course you were right sir." Sandra said in the sweet voice she reserved for her boss to seem innocent.
"Yeah well I better be, he said the suspected leak was done over the internet, I did try to tell him that none of you were exactly skilled when it came to technology. That is apart from you Brian." Strickland said as he turned to face Brian.
"Sir it was no one in this office." Sandra interrupted.
"Well I have a lunch meeting with the commissioner but I want answers by the end of the day." Strickland said before leaving.

"Brian, my office now." Sandra said her tone angry. "It was you wasn't it."
"I'm sorry Sandra." Brian said apologetically.
"What have you done this time?!" Sandra said referring to last time technology got in the way of his job.
"I got my twitter account back, I didn't even really tweet anything." Brian tried to tell her before she went off on a mad one.
"Show me."

He walked back out of her office and collected his laptop before returning to her office and shutting the door behind her. When he lifted the lid of the laptop it immediately sprang into life opening twitter as it did.
"Show me what you posted." Sandra told him as he clicked on to his profile and it came up with his 5 most recent tweets which immediately showed Sandra what this 'leak' was.
"They must have been watching my twitter. I never said anything specific."
"I'm not so sure I can hold you accountable for a generic tweet." Sandra sighed at the fact that once again twitter had messed up an investigation, it seemed to cause more problems then the good it did.
"Thank you Sandra. What are you going to tell Strickland?"
"That the leak didn't come from this office. We've done nothing wrong, just delete those tweets."
"Thank you Sandra, it won't happen again."
"It better not because if twitter effects another investigation then I'll join it and get all of your accounts shut down."
