So this is my first fan fiction. It's set about 3 years after the last episode of series 2. Maddy has already returned, evidently. This is just a small one-shot, I'm just getting used to the site. So, enjoy!

The morning light was streaming through the half open curtains. Rhydian Morris was sitting at the end of Maddy's bed, being as quiet as he could, trying not to wake her. He loved just watching her sleep. She looked so innocent and peaceful in her slumber. So beautiful. He smiled at himself, imagining Maddy's reaction if she saw him sitting here, watching her. Ironically it was then that a gust of wind blew through the open window and made a pile of paper flutter to the ground. Being a wolfblood the sound woke her and she jumped when she saw Rhydian.

"How did you get in here?" Her hair was a mess and her eyes looked bleary. Rhydian liked seeing her like this; she seemed so small and fragile.

"The window was open, so I climbed in." He said matter-of-factly. He smiled as she wiped the sleep out her eyes and sat up in her bed.

"So why are you here?" Maddy picked up a brush and started to tug at the knots that had formed in her hair over night.

"No reason, really. Just watching you sleep."

She turned her head towards him, raising her eyebrows. "And that's not creepy at all." Rhydian smiled at this and kissed her lightly on the lips. She wrapped her arms around his neck and leaned in to kiss him again.

"I'm sorry if I creeped you out, I won't come again if you want." He said through her kiss. He felt her smile and pulled her onto his lap. He loved how small she was, she was his little wolf.

"No, it's fine, I don't mind." Just before Maddy could deepen the kiss there was a knock on the door and Maddy's mother, Emma, walked in. "Maddy, don't forget about scho- Rhydian?" She stood in the doorway, looking at her daughter sitting on Rhydian's lap. She was pretty sure that they had been kissing...

"Mam! I didn't say you could come in!" Maddy scooted off of Rhydian's lap, clearly embarrassed.

"Why, what were you doing that you don't want me to see?" Emma was enjoying this. She looked over to Rhydian's bright red face and grinned. "How did he even get in here?" Maddy ran over to the door and pushed her mother out into the hall and slammed the door in her face. Looking back at Rhydian she sighed and rolled her eyes.

"Sorry about that." She went back over to the bed and took her place on Rhydian's lap once more. "Where were we?"

"Maybe we should get ready for school?" He gave her a quick kiss then headed over to the window. "Meet you in the woods in five," Then he jumped out the window and ran back to his house. The picture of Maddy's bright red face stuck in the back of his head. No matter how embarrassed she was she always looked amazing to him, that was what wolfblood love can do to you.

Sorry, the end was a bit bad, I kind of ran out of ideas. I might write about HOW Maddy actually returned at some point if this goes well and people like it. Please leave a helpful review/critique on how to improve this/my writing, that's mainly why I am writing these, to improve. And because I love Wolfblood :D
