ABBY'S P.O.V-
I woke up. I blinked. I was in a bedroom? Then I remember that I wasn't in the pre-historic times, but in the present time. we had been back for two weeks now. I swung myself out of my bed, and realize Connor has already got up. I walk out, and towards the main room. From the kitchen, came a voice, lifted. I walk in, to see Jess in her pajamas, singing to herself. I hadn't been back long, but one thing I've learned is that Jessica Parker was the nicest girl you'll ever meet.
"Hey, Jess," I greet. Jess smiles at me.
" Morning, Abby!" She says enthusiasticly. everything Jess did was done with enthusiasm. I smile back at her. I've got to amitt, her smile is contagious.
"You want some toast?" Jess asks, putting in some bread. I nod. she grins.
"Okay. by the way, Connor's in the lounge, re-discovering t.v." she tells me. I laugh: something I haven't in a while. Jess laughs with me, smiling widely. she seems pleased that I'm laughing. Jess is really the happiest girl I've met.
I watch Becker and Jess distance. I came into the Hub to ask Jess something, but saw Becker and her deep in conversation. Jess blushes red, what gives me the impression she's just babbled. I've been here two weeks and already I can see that Jess has a crush on Becker. I walk a bit closer to hear what they are saying.
"Jess, stop fussing. Your hair looks fine- Pretty even," Becker assures Jess. Jess turns slightly pink, and raises an eyebrow. Becker, realizing what he just said, blushes slightly. He actually looks embarressed. Jess giggles, as she turns to face the ADD to type something.
"Becker, I won't tease you if you suddenly have 'security stuff'" Jess says to him. he nods and gets up, still embarressed.
"Thanks, Jess," He says, walking off, avoding looking at me. did he have feeling towards Jess? wow, more things have changed around here than I thought.
