A/N: Livia and all other characters mentioned on the show don't belong to me, and I'm not making any money off of this. As always, thanks to everyone and anyone who wrote reviews on the first two parts. I don't think this part is as good, but hey, maybe you'll like it.
"Danger"
by Joan
The guards were always exceptionally careful when they bothered to throw us food. These men were murderurs, theives and perverts; some of the worst. Why they hadn't bothered me, I didn't know. Maybe because we were in the same boat: trapped with no hope.
Yes, the guards were careful.
But not for me.
And that was where I started to plan.
See, I have to get out of here. My life has a purpose now.
I will kill Livia.
Over the course of a week, I studied the door from every angle. I counted the guards when they came into the cell. I stared through the bars at the guards in the courtyard. And I came to a conclusion:
I could escape.
Every time they fed us, only three guards came. One would bring the food inside, the other two would watch from outside the door. It would be child's play for a small girl to hide beside the door, slip out, and run past the watchmen and into the surrounding woods.
Yes, it was something I could do. And after a month of alternating between sitting in a dank cell and torture, I was more than ready.

I set my plan into motion one dark night. I figured that it was safer escaping under the cover of darkness.
It's almost funny, I thought, slipping through the people to finally come to rest by the door. Using the darkness to escape. Since I was captured, my life has only been darkness. And when I kill Livia, there will be even more, for there will be no going back. So it's funny that the darkness would help me. Almost.
It seemed like centuries I stood there by the door, although it was only a few moments.
Then, I heard the loud voices approaching. I heard the heavy footfalls of booted feet. I heard the keys jangling in the lock.
And then, the heavy wooden door swung open.
I gave the guard inside no chance to see me hidden there. Quick as Zeus' lightning, I spun past the door and bolted outside.
"Hey! Where's she going?!"
"Somebody catch her!"
"Stop the bitch!"
I had been spotted. Of course. Unfortunately for them, I was at the edge of the woods before they had half a chance to get up.
Too bad for them.
The darkness of the forest swallowed me up. I couldn't see the tree trunks until I was practically on top of them. And still, I couldn't check my speed. I had to keep running. Keep on moving. Breathe. Breathe. Breathe.
I heard the guards crashing along behind me. So I ran faster......
...and suddenly stopped.
Something glinted in the dim moonlight and caught my eye. Curious, I stopped to investigate, even though I might be sealing my own death. I stooped to look at what it was. A sword.
Quickly, I picked it up. And then I stood there. Should I face the men?
No, I decided. My common sense told me that I could not defeat ten grown men.
So I took my prize and I ran.
And I just kept running.
To Be Continued.........
So, what did you think? I can't really come up with a name for the main character; I ahve some ideas, but nothing really good. If anyone has any ideas, leave them in the review.
