Sakura and Kakashi were on a mission in the land of the mist it was Sakura's first mission as Anbu. Sakura was placed with Kakashi it felt like old times when team 7 was together. But Sakura has grown since then she got stronger and retains no more affection towards Sasuke, Naruto was on a mission to harness the Kyubi power, and Sasuke is still with Orochimaru. The village has given up trying to bring him back when he killed two of our Anbu. It saddens Sakura but she knows if she sees him, she will execute him. Sakura spots a mysterious man with an orange mask running towards the way they just came from. She observes him drop a scroll. But by the time she alerts Kakashi and they jump down from a tree and she picks up the scroll he is already gone.
(Wow, he can sure run fast. I'll just have to bring it back with us and provide a description of the man to a scroll runner. See if they can get it back to the owner.) Sakura sees the scroll is half open as she examines it, she sees some weird lettering. her curiosity getting the best of her she opens the scroll.
Kakashi sees this but before he can stop her there is a bright light.
SAKURA! When the intense light is gone so, is Sakura. (Oh no, I must get back to the village and report this lady Tsunade. She is not going to be happy about this.) Little did Kakashi know the mysterious man with the orange mask was hiding in the bushes laughing.
"This plan is going just how I imagined it I can't wait to see what our little Sakura does with her second chance Oh, Kakashi if you only knew what's going to happen" before disappearing and going to the Akatsuki base.
When Sakura comes to, she sees Kakashi and Naruto in her face. Sakura is shocked to see this and screams while getting up. Kakashi and Naruto jumped back thinking she got frightened with them too close to her. Sakura feels dizzy and losses her balance. But Kakashi caught her before she fell to the ground completely. Once she gets her baring's back. She starts to stand on her own. That is when she notices she notices Sasuke on a rock not caring If she is ok or not and that she is at the old training center her and old team 7 practiced in.
"What... What happened," (Why am I here why am I in the past... the scroll! Where is it?) Kakashi answers the question but not the way she desired it answered.
"It's ok Sakura you fell from a tree trying to get one of the bells and you hit your head on the ground."
(Oh, so that is what happened to this Sakura well me but just my younger self.) Sakura looks down examining the old attire, she wore back when she just started to become a ninja. She smiles sadly at the memories. Sakura looks up and sees everyone looking at her in concern except Sasuke of course.
"sorry, Kakashi I'll try harder next time." She smiles at him waiting for him to respond. Kakashi nods his head and looks at Naruto and Sasuke while moving over to her.
"ok, you two, I'm taking Sakura to get checked out meet here tomorrow and we will do this again." Sakura at hearing this instantly protests.
"Kakashi sensei I'm fine I will head home and rest." Kakashi just sighs and picks her up bridal style to sakura's horror. She blushes when she sees that Naruto and Sasuke are observing them.
"Kakashi please set me down this is embarrassing." Naruto and Sasuke leave when Kakashi heads in the direction of the hospital.
"no Sakura you are my responsibility I am not allowing you to head home with a possible concussion." seeing she is not going to win she groans and places her head on his shoulder if he wanted to carry her fine. But she was at least not going to be embarrassed by him seeing her blush all the way to the hospital. Not realizing that when she did that the older man got more worried about her, he walked towards the hospital a little faster. But at the same time smiling from the minor interaction. Once they reached the hospital with lots of not so secret staring and whispering, he tells the front receptionist what happened. She nods and tells Kakashi to take her to room 2 and a doctor will be in momentarily. Kakashi doesn't place her down till he places her on the bed.
Sakura blushes from being so close to him she mumbles a thank you and adverts her eyes to embarrassed to look at him. (He smelled so good I could stay in his arms longer if he let me. No! Stop that Sakura he is your/past self-teacher you can't think of that stuff). Sakura doesn't notice that Kakashi took his glove off his hand till he places it on her head. To see if she has a fever with her checks being all red. Sakura shots back and looks at Kakashi with big sea foam green eyes.
"sorry, Sakura didn't mean to scare you I merely wanted to see if you had a fever your cheeks are bright red." She places her hands on both sides of her face and tries to calm down her heart, Slowly the redness goes away. Kakashi is satisfied that the redness is gone and moves to sit by the window.
"no, it's fine Kakashi I didn't see your hand moving towards me, so I got a little spoked I'm sorry. And I was just embarrassed that you had to carry me all the way here when I could have easily walked."
"oh yeah is that why you fell out of a tree ha-ha." Seeing the redness return to her cheeks (She can be so headstrong and adorable sometimes...Wait did I just call Sakura adorable.) Sakura sees Kakashi stiffen remembering he doesn't enjoy hospitals not thinking it was because Kakashi was receiving odd thought about her. She remembers she and Naruto use to have to restrain him and haul him just to get him in the door.
"Kakashi you can leave thank you for bringing me here I'll see you tomorrow bright and early ready to take those bells from you." (When he leaves, I can go home and figure this all out maybe I can even change some of the events here in the past... that is what I will do I will change the past so the future changes as well I just hope for the better. I must keep this to myself, so no one tries to stop me.) Kakashi knows the minute he leaves she will leave to not waiting for the doctor.
"oh no, you don't I am staying right here to make sure you see the doctor." Sakura rolls her eyes and makes herself comfortable (you're lucky that your Handsome... wait did I just call Kakashi Handsome well from what the mask shows he is you know handsome I just wish I could see more.) she stops that train of thought and starts about her plan of action.
Kakashi watches Sakura while her eyes keep glazing over with a frown as if she is really concentrating. Or she is probably upset he didn't make Sasuke carry her. (Sigh she should really focus on her ninja life, not her love life. But he can't help but feel a little jealous she was possibly thinking about Sasuke and not him...wait why would he be envious of Sakura thinking about Sasuke. But why do I also feel like she is concealing something from me?) Kakashi looks over at Sakura again. Not noticing he looked at the ground. (I will have to watch her and see if she does anything abnormal or states something. I really need to get out more though it really is sad. I'm 20 and I'm single to the point I would get envious of Sasuke for receiving so much attention from Sakura). Kakashi's heart tightens. (But if I do that what would Sakura think...wait did I just say that why would I mind what she thinks she is just a little girl in my platoon nothing more... Furthermore, why do I feel like I would betray her if I went on a date or even talked to another woman? But Sakura is not a woman she is a little girl... I need get out of here this hospital is doing something to me.)
once the doctor finally showed up and checked Sakura out, he gives both a stern look.
"she is fine don't waste my time when she already healed her concussion with medical ninjutsu. But I must add I am impressed such a young girl like yourself can do that." Sakura was happy given a praise but freaked out that the doctor said all that with Kakashi being in the same room. Now she wished she asked him to step out when the doctor came in.
Kakashi was shocked to learn Sakura knew medical ninjutsu at such a young age he thought back to her file and doesn't recall anything saying she knew medical ninjutsu. He looked at Sakura seeing she was happy but worried at the same time with what the doctor said. Curious even more that she would be worried about that unless she didn't want anyone to know about her being able to perform medical ninjutsu.
"you two may leave now." after the doctor leaves the room Sakura stands and looks at Kakashi who is already walking towards the door. She expected him to make a comment. But he doesn't which made her happy. when she left the hospital with him, she stopped and turned towards him.
"thank you for bringing me here, but I did tell you I was fine anyways I'm going to head home now have a nice day Kakashi sensei." he didn't say anything which confused her, so she just turned in the direction of her home and started walking. She noticed he was following her.
"sigh Kakashi why are you following me. Not only did I tell you I was fine but so did the doctor you do not have to follow me home, but I do appreciate the thought." (the faster I get away from him the better I don't comprehend why I'm possessing these odd thoughts of him, but I hope they go away soon).
"I'm making cetain you get home safely and don't forget to put sensei at the end of my name or I will have to punish you." Kakashi bends down till he is at her ear. "would you enjoy me to punish you Sakura?" When he straitens up, he shows no sign that he is freaking out with what he just said. But on the inside, it's a whole other story. (Why did I just say I would punish her well that round butt of hers? It would be an effortless way to make sure she remembered to say sensei at the end of his name? I wonder if her but would giggle if I place enough force into it... wait nope stop that Kakashi you are a man, not a little boy, get a hold of yourself. Did she just shudder when he said that?)
Sakura shudders at the thought of him bending her over his knee and spanking her on the butt. *blushing* "no sir you won't I will remember to say sensei at the end of your name." (Oh, but how nice would it feel for him to do that. Stop Sakura he is older than you even though it is not illegal for a sensei and student to have a relationship. It is still frowned upon, and I don't think people would be so thrilled to see a 20-year-old with a 13-year-old. Plus I do not think of him that way and he doesn't think of me that way either. He is going to punish me for being disrespectful nothing more nothing less. But my panties are soiled at just the thought sigh I'm going to have to take a shower and a cold one at that.)
once they reach Sakura's house, she walks up the stair putting one hand on the doorknob while Kakashi just stands close to the first step she turns around with a smile.
"thank you for bringing me home Kakashi...sensei." (that was close) "you didn't have to...I better get in before my parents get too worried." before she opened the door, she stepped down one step. Leans in and kisses Kakashi on the cheek. "bye, Kakashi sensei" Sakura steps back up on the top step and opens the door and closes the front door. Leaving a stunned Kakashi behind.
Kakashi smiles "goodbye Sakura" to the door and walks the opposite direction to his apartment (Tomorrow I'm going to go see Iruka after training and gather more details on a little cherry blossom. I also better keep an eye on her she is withholding something, and I don't think it's just the medical ninjutsu).
