Its raining outside

Its raining outside.

The patter of the rain on the windows is sweet.

It cradle me in this ocean of pain, in this empty, useless world.

Why should everything keep living, if Fred is dead?

Its raining outside.

The only relief, now, would be sleep.

When I sleep Im not sad, Im not angry, Im not a survivor.

I am nothing.

Someone, un there, is too cruel to give me oblivion.

He decided that I must learn to live with your death, Fred.

With your burning absence.

He decided that I must accept it, weather I like or not.

You will always be my biggest what if.

What would have been of us, if that wall hadnt collapsed on you?

Its raining outside.

Im sitting on your bed. Your smell isnt here. This room is empty.

Around here theres almost anything that can remember me of you.

Youre gone.

Its raining outside, and its dark.

I still strongly shake your shirt, thrown in bulk on your bed, before the Battle.

Even there, your smell is gone.

I flatter myself to be able to fell it again, but I know I was wrong.

Its raining outside, and Im alone.

Angelina

A hand wipes the tears on my cheeks.

He has your eyes, your hair.

Your nose, slightly larger than usual.

He has your freckles, and your tired smile.

But hes not you.

Its raining outside, when George suddenly kisses me.

He needs to lean on something not to sink, just like me.

It seems that your taste has remained somewhere.

I cant see that painful eyes, even if theyre not yours.

Ill have to act like sun, and walk like rain.

And wash it all away, not to allow that half part of you, that still remains, to fade to black.
