I finished a test early, so I give you random ConNya FanFiction!
Disclaimer: I do not own Ninjago.
His fingers tapped nervously on the wood paneling of the rail on the Bounty. He wasn't sure why he was so nervous; after all, he had thought about this scenario, and what he would do if she accepted or if she completely rejected him. He knew what he would say, how he would react, but he was still nervous.
His heart fluttered at the sight of her; she was a few feet away, her dark hair spilling just below her shoulders, facing the sunset. The sky was a collage of pinks, yellows and oranges, but she stood out against them, her silhouette positioned in a way that supposed she was lost in thought.
Running a hand through his fluffy black hair, he continued, one nervous step in front of the other, his heart a wild animal desperate to escape its cage. Soon, he approached her.
"Nya?" He asked. The petite silhouette turned towards him, the black now coming into focus. Big, blue eyes the color of the clearest skies. Soft features that vaguely resembled her brother's. Cute dimples that formed in her face when she smiled.
"Cole?" She asked.
He took her hand in his, a snug fit. "I...have something to tell you."
She gazed at him with curious eyes. "Yes?"
"I..." he sighed, but when she stepped closer, her breath hitting his skin with a fiery passion, it motivated him. "I...I just wanted you to know, that...even though you probably don't feel the same way, that I love you, and nothing will ever change the way I feel about you." He sighed, relieved to have taken that weight off of himself.
She smiled. He would give anything to see her smile every day; it filled him with a sudden warmth.
She wrapped her small arms around his torso, and put her head on his chest. He wrapped his arms around her, pulling her tight.
"I thought you would never say it," she whispered, planting her lips on his. He kissed back passionately, holding her tightly as she moved her arms around his neck, pulling herself into it. He held her protectively, unable to let her go.
He couldn't lose her. It would hurt too much. He would protect her.
But for now, the couple just savored the moment, lost in each other.
