The Light
We have to believe,
in our light.
The light that will,
carry us through the night.
The light that will
protect us from the darkness,
which endeavors everything in its path
including our happiness.
But the light brings us
closer together.
Like two magnets
attracting to each other.
It is like our silver lining
in darkened times,
we just have to believe in it
and together it binds.
The Darkness is like a hurricane,
which always has its eyes on us.
It will stop at nothing
to tear us apart.
No matter how much we try to disappear
it is us who it always finds,
it has broken our light
countless times.
That is why we have to,
believe in our light.
Put all our heart into it,
and make it bright.
So it becomes like a
magnificent, white dove,
for the light is
our love!
