Darkness
In this Darkness, I wander to find myself, though confused and dazed, I try to find the way through, though haunting laughter fills my ears in this void. At this moment, I feel the blissful cold spread through my body.
As I look down, I see blackness threatening to swallow my body. Instead of resistance, I surrender, and let the darkness carry my body and embrace it, my existence dissipating. I sigh with content, the cool darkness warmer as it rolls down my body, until it reaches to my head.
My thoughts now are ones of happiness, and no regret. Emptiness around me, blackness surrounds. Darkness conquers all, except that which light holds close to the heart.
