Prologue:
Legend tells of a lone mansion sitting atop of Crescent Moon Hill, in it lived a family of happy individuals and loving couples from maids and butlers to masters and mistresses. The long line of Shields family have lived in the mansion since the first Shields built that mansion, but when there is happiness and light in it also lies a deep dark secret of the mansion. The builder of the mansion Frederrick Shields is a handsome and kind man, he has a loving family and good friends, but one day all that changed when he decided to practice dark magic. He is still the man they knew him as but that was just a facade when he began dark magic, he practiced it in secret and none knew of this for a long time.
When Frederrick had successfully mastered his new found powers he created a world inside a mirror, but when he did he has also opened a portal that another being had slipped through.
"Who are you?" asked Frederrick.
"I am the Guardian of the Mirror world." the demon like being said to him.
"What do you want?" Frederrick asked again.
"I am growing tired of guarding the World of Mirrors and I need you to be my next successor." the being answered.
"Why do you want me to be your successor?" he asked.
"Because you are the first and only one who have opened the Mirror world in the use of dark magic and I can see that you have mastered it well." the being relplied.
Frederrick refused the being's offer, but day by day the being became more persistent in having Frederrick as his successor.
"If you will not agree to be my successor, then your wife and your children will die I will see to it myself!" the being hissed.
I cannot let this being harm my family in anyway, but I do not want to be shrouded in darkness... I've no choice but to agree...
Frederrick hesitantly accepted the offer for the sake of his family's safety...
As years went by the Shields' Manor became shrouded in darkness the way it's master had been, Frederrick still lived then but when he grew tired of his reign he asked his son to do the same as he did when he was his age. At first his son was reluctant but in the end he agreed and Frederrick told his son to kill his wife after she had given birth to the next Shields...
Dennis was shock to hear his father say that he was about to refuse his father's wishes as he loved his wife more than anything in the world, but Frederrick wouldn't have it. His eyes began to glow deep red, as soon as his eyes did this Dennis took a step back.
Father, what have you become? was Dennis' last thought as he slowly became the next ruler of the mirror world...
