Pokemon Adventure
Chapter 1
In The Beggining
"12:00!!!! I'm late for school!!!!!" screamed Garth. He raced down the stairs grabbed a piece of toast and started running out the door when he heard his mom.
"Honey, it's summer vacation," she yelled trying to catch him.
"Oh right," he laughed.
"It's also a special day for you. Your dad and I bought you something," Donna said.
Garth had been waiting for this moment his whole life. He knew exactly what he was going to receive. His 10th birthday had just passed and it was time for his big adventure.
"Here it is son, your very own Pokemon license," said Garth's dad Mark.
Garth took the license in his hand and let out a big WOOOOOOOOHOOOOOO. There was his picture and beside his name were the words he could barely speak.
"Garth Towers, P-P-Pokemon Trainer," his eyes lit as he read the words.
"Ok, now Professor Pat will be wanting to see you so go to his lab after breakfast." said Donna.
So Garth ate as fast as he could and rushed right over to Professor Pat's lab. There he found another young ten year old talking to the Professor. Garth walked up just as the boy was leaving.
"Hello Professor, you wanted to see me?" asked Garth.
"Ah yes, Garth," exclaimed Professor Pat "I invited you over to tell you about your adventure and I need you to do something for me. This is a pokedex. It will keep record of all the Pokemon you catch and see. Take it with you and fill it. Now here are 6 pokeballs. If you need more go to a pokemart and buy some, they are very cheap. Now I can't send you out there without a Pokemon. Pick out of these two Pokemon, Charmander or Squirtle."
Garth thought very hard about his choice and finally came up with a solution.
"Charmander", he said.
"Very Well, Garth your very own adventure is about to begin. Collect all 8 Kanto badges. Go to Indigo Plateau. Defeat the Elite Four. Become a Pokemon Master." Shouted Professor Pat. "Oh and um, bring extra underwear."
