Final Fantasy VII Char. Prompts: Aeris
Chapter 1: Smile
This story is a character prompt challenge where you have to put certain characters in certain situations to see how they deal with them, and the character I'm using in this story is Aeris.
Note: These stories take place ether before, during, the one year after, in AC, DoC, and after all of the current sequels. Also some of the stories might take place in Kingdom Hearts, CoM, or 2. They might even take place in different fanfics or RP forums (I will ask them). So they will not be in any order and they might be in an alternate reality or in the future where... well, you can figure that part out ;). This chapter is after AC. The stories might have parings like this one has slight CloudxAeris and ZackxAeris.

Aeris' spirit drifted down the halls of the new Seventh Heaven bar. She stopped at a picture at the end of the hall. It was of all of them before her death. The lights of the Golden Saucer were barely noticeable in the Haunted Hotel. Almost everyone was smiling (Vincent wasn't).
Right next to that picture was one after they won against Sephiroth. Their eyes were red and puffy and some had fresh tears falling down their faces, and she knew why.
She wanted to come back to them. She could bring herself, Zack, Jessie, and all of their other friends who died back to life but she had to stay in the lifestream. Not only to protect the Planet, but to protect her friends as well.
"I want to be with you Cloud," Aeris whispered as she walked into his room. "But I can only be with you in spirit..."
"You're starting to act like a cartoon character that died," a familiar voice joked
"Zack what are you going here?" she asked as tears were ran down her face. "I'm here to take you home to your family," he said softly. She could hear Loz and Yazoo's arguing coming out of the light Zack had come out from.
"Don't worry, we'll find a way to revive you but right now your new family needs you," he said leading her by the hand into the light...

3 years later...

Aeris walked into the classroom semi-full of students. It was her first day at the Highwind academy as the Magic and sociology teacher and she was excited.
She had been revived last year thanks to her friends and was living happily with Tifa and Cloud. She looked at a picture on the wall. It was taken after they had gotten back from being revived. Everyone was smiling, including Vincent who had an awkward smile. She wouldn't want it any other way...
Yay I finished yet another story finished that is short. I'll promise next time it will be longer and bigger. Please Review and possibly fave.
