Author's Note: I recently finished Lilly's good ending, with epilogue, and felt like writing one of my own. Just something short and sweet.

The pleasure of owning Katawa Shoujo belongs to Four Leaf Studios, who I'd like to thank for helping me with my problem of not-crying.

We're both sitting at a table, my hands resting on its white linen top. Lilly is content to listen to the laughter and well-wishes sent her way, chin tipped upwards in a perfect image of serenity. Her wedding dress, stunning yet modest, hangs in sharp contrast to the vivid green grass beneath our feet.

"Is it beautiful?" Lilly's words are finely measured as always, and on her face is that rarely faltering smile I've come to love. "Tell me, if you will, Hisao."

"It's really nice out today; the sky's blue, a bit orange on the edge of evening. Everybody's enjoying themselves, even Shizune-" I choose to add, and she nods in return.

"Say it again Hisao."

I grin. "Even Shizune." She brings a hand to her mouth, offering a short laugh. "Big future ahead of us. Lots to think about."

"Lots." Lilly replies, shirking her formalities, if only briefly.

"I promise to be your eyes, if you'll be my heart."

She smiles. That warm, motherly smile.

A moment passes.

"Deal."

Hope you liked it. ;)
