DISCLAIMER: I DO NOT OWN KHR IN ANY WAY WHATSOEVER (though that would be awesome...)
Chrome looked up at the starry night sky, searching for a shooting star. She really needed a wish right now. She wanted more than ever to see Hibari again. Hibari… She hadn't seen him since they returned to the past. That was the one reasons she now sat on Namimori's roof, waiting. She wanted to see him again.
Breaking her thoughts and mindless fantasies, Hibird flew by, chirping its ever-favourite song- the Namimori Anthem. Hibird was accompanied by Hibari, and hearing that familiar clink of his tonfas, Chrome turned around. Hibari stared at Chrome, tonfas raised. Upon noticing a familiar face, he lowered them.
"Chrome Dokuro," he looked at Chrome's big, innocent eyes and nearly blushed. No, this couldn't happen to someone like him. Only herbivores were affected by a useless emotion such as love. He gulped. "What are you doing here?"
Chrome didn't have an answer for him; she couldn't tell him "I just wanted to see you," now could she? Besides, he would never fall for someone as shy and useless as her, or someone always hiding behind Mukuro. So as an answer, all she had was a shy, awkward smile.
She shivered. It was the middle of winter; she really shouldn't be wearing such clothes. Hibari saw this and removed his signature disciplinary committee jacket, putting it over Chrome's shoulders. He didn't understand why he did it. Could it be… he was falling for her? No, that couldn't be... Hibari never thought himself to be the type distracted by love. He had to think about this. He put a hand up to his head as if it hurt, and walked away towards his "office".
Chrome smiled at Hibari, though he was too busy struggling with his emotions to notice. She noticed him leaving, so she got up and followed. When she finally caught up with him, she gave him a small peck on the lips.
"Thank you"
She grabbed Hibari's arm and followed him. Hibari struggled, but after awhile, he realized she wasn't gonna let go and just let her follow him.
Chrome looked up at the starry sky for a second time. She didn't need that star anymore, she just got her wish.
