Tooth's POV

She felt Jack drop his cool hand from covering her eyes. With her eyes still closed she listened. She heard him move backwards, and knew he was behind her. She had no idea where she was, but she felt safe with Jack.

She could feel his cool breath on her neck, sending shivers down her spine. "Open your eyes" he breathed. She did as she said and gasped. She was standing on the bank of a frozen lake that looked like a sheet of silver in the moonlight. Trees surrounded the lake, casting dappled shadows across the silver surface.

"It's beautiful" she whispered back.

He gave her his mischievous smile that showed his pearly teeth and made his eyes light up. He took one of her hands in his cooler one and traced over her jawline with the other.

"Merry Christmas Tooth" he said, still grinning at her.

He walked round her so they were facing each other. She locked eyes with him. She loved his eyes. They were a beautiful shade of ice blue that changed with his emotions. Right now, they were shining with hope, excitement and joy. She could always tell how Jack felt just be looking into his mesmerising eyes.

"I got you an early Christmas present" he said, and held up a pair of golden-yellow ice skates that matched her plumage.

She bit her lip and sighed sadly, "I don't know how to skate" she murmured, dropping her eyes to her feet.

He gently tilted her chin up so she was looking into her eyes, "I will teach you, and I'll be right here the whole time" he promised

Toothiana smiled gratefully, "thank you"

The Tooth Fairy stood on the edge of the ice. Jack was in front of her wearing his own pair of pale blue skates. She marvelled at how happy he looked here. His eyes were shining and his face was lit up with joy.

He held out his hands to her. Smiling softly he whispered encouragements to her.

She took his hands and he pulled her into his arms. She could feel his muscles beneath his navy hoodie. Tooth gripped his hand as he gently guided her. By flapping her wings gently and holding onto Jack they did a few laps of the lake before she needed a rest.

She sat on a log on the bank and watched Jack. He was gliding across the surface of the lake. He started going faster and faster round the lake. She could see his face each time he came back round towards her. Tooth thought he was the most handsome sprite or human she'd ever seen. She could see his arm muscles that were defined by his hoodie and his tall frame was leant forwards as he moved faster and faster.

Jack gave a breathless laugh as he sped round the lake. Tooth saw Jack's teeth as he grinned at her and she grinned back.

Toothiana loved Jack's pale snow coloured hair and the way it flopped over his eyes slightly. In fact, she loved everything Jack Frost.

Jack slowed down slightly and did a few tricks. He successfully pulled off a few jumps and spun around.

Jack made his way back over to her and Tooth stood up.

"Would you like to go again Feathers?" He asked

She laughed lightly at the nickname. Only Jack ever called her that. She accepted his hand once more.

*Later*

Jack pulled the Tooth Fairy into his arms, "You did great!" He said.

She hugged him back and leant her face on his muscular chest, "Thank you" she giggled slightly as he stroked her shoulder with his thumb.

She pulled back a fraction and looked into his eyes, "Jack I-" She began, but couldn't finish her sentence because Jack had gently claimed her lips. She wound her fingers into his snowy hair and kissed him back with a passion he then returned.

When they drew back they beamed at each other.

Jack gave her his trademark mischievous grin, "Merry Christmas" he said, before she claimed his lips with her own.
