Lasers ricochet off the walls, as the never -ending thud of the troopers grow closer. I bring my knees up to my chest holding back a sob that was threatening to blow my cover. The thuds came closer, and closer until finally there was a slam of the door opening. My breathing hitches ...I could feel eyes staring at me. It was a very...uneasy feeling.
slightly "Sir...this place is clear." A clone saluted at what seemed to be his superior. The clone nodded than barked an order to his troops as they left... I let out a breath I didn't even know I was holding. Shakily, I stood up my knees weakening from previous encounters. I waited until the force presence of the troopers faded...it was clear to go. Or so I thought. As soon as I opened the door a flash of blue filled my vision. I stumbled back. My gaze met a pair of cold, emotionless green eyes.
"M..Master?" I asked, my voice wavering.
"What have I told you about stuttering...I HATE stuttering..." He snapped, as memories rushed through my head like a tidal wave.
"I'm..s..sorry Master...I'm just scared.. All of the Jedi are dead and...the clones..I just" Fresh tears fell from my eyes as I spoke.
"Your a Jedi. Jedi don't feel emotions...especially not fear..." His eyes pierced into me. Cold and heartless.
" You know...I really thought you'd make it..I really did. But your just a disappointment. Weak. Useless. Slave.." His words cut deeper than a knife, one that was already covered in my own tear-soaked blood. I grit my teeth, holding my anger back. The Jedi way. He smirked.
"Let it flow...the dark side is more powerful...let your hate flow through you.." My eyes twitched but I made no movement, my eyes focusing on a blaster in the blurry distance. He sighed.
"I guess...I'll just have to...rid of you. You could of been better..." A wave of fear rushed past my senses. I braced myself for the coming impact. BANG
