A/N: It's Minoru's birthday today! :D To celebrate I made a Minoru X (normal) Katsuya story… Yes, normal… I thought he'd be more fitting in this scenario. And because they're so cute! I hope you enjoy!
"Happy birthday, Minoru-san!" Katsuya exclaimed as he walked downstairs to greet his husband, hugging him tightly. "What do you want to do today?"
"Whatever's fine with me," Minoru said with a gentle smile.
"In that case, I'll find something for us to do," Katsuya suggested. "We can go to the park and have a fancy dinner and I could also buy you something while we're out."
"You don't have to do that," Minoru said.
"I want to," Katsuya insisted. "I've been saving up for this occasion." He stood up and tugged on the older man's arm, urging him to hurry.
"W-Wait, Saeki-kun!" Minoru exclaimed to him, causing Katsuya to pause and give him a confused look. "It's still early. Shouldn't we wait for a bit until we head out?"
Katsuya blushed nervously, not realizing that he had gotten so carried away and felt embarrassed for doing so. "Sorry, Minoru-san," he said and sat down beside him, placing his hands in his lap and avoiding eye contact with his husband.
"It's ok, Saeki-kun," Minoru said, understanding his excitement. "Don't worry about it. I'll go make you something to eat and you can keep planning what you want to do today."
"S-Sure," Katsuya said awkwardly as Minoru got up and walked away.
"Minoru-san, while we're here, is there anything you want me to get you?" Katsuya asked as the couple walked through the busy streets together.
"You already bought me lunch; You don't need to get me anything else," Minoru said with a smile.
"But, I really want you to be happy," Katsuya continued. "I'd do anything to make you happy, so I really want to get you something special."
"I'm happy if you're happy," Minoru said.
"That's so sweet, but..." Katsuya shook his head doubtfully.
"Saeki-kun…" Minoru said, worried, and wondered why Katsuya was so intent on pleasing him. Should I be flattered? He thought. Of course I'm happy that he's so concerned for me, but feeling that he has to do so much to please me…
Minoru shook his head, snapping out of his thoughts and grabbed Katsuya's hand, pulling him away. "W-Wait, Minoru-san!" Katsuya called to him.
"Sorry, Saeki-kun," Minoru said and let go of him after he made sure they were out of everyone else's sight.
"What's this about?" Katsuya asked.
"I… I just…" Minoru stopped mid sentence and kissed Katsuya, blushing in embarrassment as he did so. When he realized what he was doing, Minoru immediately pulled away and gave Katsuya, who was blushing just as much as he was, an apologetic look. "I'm happy just to be with you!"
"Huh?" Katsuya said.
"I don't need anything else," Minoru continued. "The fact that I have you is present enough for me. You don't have to concern yourself so much. I love you, Saeki-kun!"
"Minoru-san…" Katsuya said softly before he smiled brightly. "Me too, Minoru-san! I love you too!"
A/N: So cute… Omg, why can't these guys be a pairing?! I love Megane Katsuya x Minoru, but I feel like these two would make a great pairing too, though it may be a little awkward considering they're both ukes. Nonetheless, thanks for reading! And happy birthday, Minoru!
