A/N: This was a prompt I saw on tumblr. Now I of course can't remember if it was Draco's never seen Cinderella, or a Disney movie in general, but I'm pretty sure it was specifically Cinderella. I hope you all enjoy!
…
…..
"Draco, how is it that you've never seen Cinderella?"
"Perhaps it's because I've never been a little girl." He gave a sweet laugh before kissing his wife on the forehead and picking up their little girl.
"Daddy, are you excited? I already know all of the songs!" Rose wriggled happily in her dads' arms as he carried her over to the living room.
"Of course I'm excited darling, my two favourite ladies in the whole world, and a great movie. How does a night get any better?" Draco twirled his daughter around the room as Hermione came in holding a bowl of popcorn.
"Mummy, mummy! Come dance with us!"
Hermione put the bowl down on the table before holding onto each of them and joining in. The family twirled, spinning and laughing before plopping down onto the couch.
"Alright love, I suppose it's time to watch a movie. Any movie really, it doesn't need to be this one…"
"Daddy!"
"Draco, it's happening. You're clearly outnumbered here, so just give up." Hermione said while putting in the dvd.
"A house full of women, how have I survived? I certainly hope the next one is a boy." Draco patted his wife's swollen tummy affectionately. Her hand met his, and they intertwined as their daughter cuddled up on Draco's lap.
The family settled in to watch the movie, and it was clear that for all of Draco's protesting, he was excited.
Draco couldn't stop his outrage at the step-mother's treatment of Cinderella, and Hermione couldn't stop laughing at him.
"But how could she stand for that, it's not okay!"
"Daddy, be quiet. It has a happy ending!"
And Draco stayed quiet for the rest of the film, even shedding a tear by the end. In all truth Hermione watched him most of the time, loving the way his face would change. Even at Hogwarts she knew she would he was a hopeless romantic.
Finally the movie ended, and Rose asked, "did you love it daddy?"
"Yes my little princess, I loved it very much! Now it's off to bed for you."
"But dadddyyyyyy!"
"Rose Malfoy, you know not to complain." Hermione said in her most stern voice, knowing that Draco would let her stay up longer.
"Oh fine mummy."
Draco carried the little girl upstairs with Hermione following behind them. As he tucked the little girl into bed.
Hermione stood in the doorway, watching as Draco read her a story. She was out in just a moment, but he always finished the book. It filled the young woman with joy, knowing how much they overcome. They worked hard to be where they were now, and it was nice to see that it was worth it.
Draco kissed Rose on the forehead before joining his wife.
"We did this." He said softly.
"I know." She leaned against him as he wrapped his arm around her side. They watched their daughter sleeping peacefully for a moment before heading to their room.
The couple got under the covers, Hermione on her side, and Draco wrapped around her.
"So Draco, I saw you shed a tear there."
"No you didn't love, now hush."
"Don't you hush me Mr. Malfoy, I know what I saw, and I think it's sweet."
"Well Mrs. Malfoy, I couldn't help it, okay?"
"I love you Draco."
"I love you too darling."
And with that the pair fell asleep in each other's arms, ready to face all of their days together.
