Author's Note: So I haven't posted on here in a while, nor have I written anything in a while. I have some stories on here that I'd like to finish, but I decided to warm up before continuing them. This is the result of that warm up. Please don't shoot me.

"Wait, wait, wait," Tifa just stood and looked at the ninja in confusion, her jaw dropping. "What is that you just said? I really think I'm hearing things."
"For the fifth time, me and Vinnie are going out. Ya know, dating." Although she was hurt that the woman that was like a sister to her didn't believe her, Yuffie enjoyed the expression on Tifa's face.
"Wow! I... I don't know what to say." Tifa regained her composure before going on. "Well, I guess you two do go well together." Yuffie broke out in a huge smile.
"Who goes well together?" Cloud asked as he walked down the stairs and into the bar. It was about 5:00 and the Seventh Heaven was nearly empty, which was odd for aSaturday evening.
"Me and Vincent!" Yuffie said with the signs of a smile still on her lips.
"Really?" He thought for a moment and nodded, then he moved behind the bar and started washing some dishes left over from lunch. "Why does it matter?" He asked in his usual tone.
"They're apparently dating," Tifa said. She then walked upstairs to check on Denzel and Marlene.
"Thats right!" Her grey eyes gleaming in happiness.
The door to bar violently swung open.
"Welcome to the Seventh--" Cloud started before he noticed who it was. "Oh, hey Vincent."
"Hello Cloud," Vincent said withe a calm voice, trying to hide the conflict that showed on his face. "Yuffie, can I talk to you in private." Vincent grabbed her wrist with his normal hand and dragged her to the back room.
"Why did you tell everyone that we were dating?" he asked her with curiosity and conflict in his voice.
"I guess..." her voice stopped for a second, see could feel tears welling up in her eyes. "I guess, I wanted to be real so much, that I decided to try and make it real." A tear rolled down her cheek. "I love you Vincent Valentine, and I..." More tears started running down her face.
Vincent raised his hand to her face to wipe her tears away. He tried to think of way to stop her crying, and when he found it, it hit him like a train. He pressed his body against hers, and embraced her. He placed his lips against hers in a chaste kiss.
"I love Yuffie." He let her go and intently studied her face. She had stopped crying and just stared at him for a minute. Then she broke out in laughter. Se continued for a minutbefore calming herself down. "You mean it Vinnie?"
"From the bottom of my heart," he said his face blushing red.

Yuffie snapped out of her sleep and quickly sat up. The clock on the nightstand read 4:30. "Wow," Yuffie said blushing. "Best dream ever!" And just as quickly as she sat up, she laid back down to get a few more hours of sleep.
