Secrets
Chapter 1
Sam Evans had a big secret,a secret that he was bullied for in elementary and middle school. It wasn't until Sam had a diabetic attack that his friends and teacher knew something was up.
''Oh my god'' said Sam as he began to breathe rapidily.
''Sam,what's up?'' asked Finn,confused of what was happening to his best friend as Sam reached into the pocket of his jacket and withdrew an Insulin pen and injected it into himself and checked the result.
''25,I got lucky there'' said Sam as Will looked at Sam with confusion in his eyes.
''Wait,what?'' asked Will as he looked at his student with confusion in his eyes.
''I can't tell you'' said Sam as his friends looked at him.
''What was that you just injected into yourself?'' asked Rachel as Sam took a deep breath and started to explain.
''Insulin'' said Sam as Rachel stared at him.
''Sam,why would you need Insulin?'' asked Rachel as everyone else looked at Sam.
''I've got a secret and I've been teased about it since elementary school,right through middle school and a little bit in high school'' said Sam as Puck looked at him.
''So,what is this so called 'secret' then?'' asked Puck,beginning to get really,really bored.
''I can't tell you,mom made me promise to keep it a secret after I was diagnosed'' said Sam as Santana rolled her eyes.
''Spit it out,Lady lips'' said Santana,rolling her eyes and earning harsh glares from the rest of the members of the group.
''Okay guys,that was the first diabetic attack you've seen and certainly won't be the last'' said Sam as Tina and Mike broke their make out session to look at him.
''What?'' asked Mike as Sam took a deep breath and started to tell his big secret.
''I'm diabetic'' said Sam as Finn and Rachel stared at him in shock.
