Just something I thought of when I saw a Teen Titan meme, this is my first TT story so bear with me, I haven't watched the show for a very long time.
Raven levitated her cup of tea to her lips and took a small sip, contently flipping the next page of her book and continuing to read.
"Robin, stop, you won't be able to sneak up on me." She kept her eyes on her book as she talked in her usual monotone, she could sense her masked leader stop behind her.
"How come I can sneak up on the others but not on you?!" He whined, she raised an eyebrow in surprise, she didn't think Robin of all people could sound whiny.
"We have a bond, Boy Blunder, or did you forget that? Besides, my senses are already enhanced, so even without the bond I could sense you." She flipped the next page.
She could feel his glare on her, he walked away, muttering things like: 'I already hate that title and then you have to make it even worse.' and: 'I'll get you one day, you just wait."
The half-demon rolled her eyes and continued reading in peace, that was until a certain green changeling and his mechanic best friend walked in, arguing.
"No way, grass stain! We are NOT eating fake meat because you're being whiny!"
"Dude! I've been most of the animals you eat!"
"Then tell your precious animal friends to not get caught!"
Beast Boy growled and was about to say something, but Raven slammed her book shut in annoyance. Both teens stopped their arguing and froze, fearing for their lives.
There were four rules in the Titans Tower:
1. Robin is the leader, you listen to him, unless it's about Slade.
2. You don't fight with a fellow Titan. Unless they're brainwashed or something.
3. Never tell Starfire Santa isn't real.
4. Never bother Raven while she is reading.
They had just broken rule number four.
"Uhmmm...hey Rae? We didn't know you-" Cyborg slammed his hand over Beast Boy's mouth and shook his head, the changeling immediately stopped his rambling. Even he had to admit it wasn't smart to talk right now.
Raven closed her eyes. "Why do you two keep arguing about the same thing if both of you know how it's going to end?" She hissed, her voice deadly calm.
Both boys flinched, if her tone was like that, someone was going to end up hurt.
She growled in annoyance and pulled the hood of her cloak up before getting of the couch. Her cup of tea levitating beside her and her book tucked underneath her arm. "I'm not even going to try."
Beast Boy frowned and morphed into a snake, causing Cyborg to loose his grip of the changeling. The mechanic teen's eye(s) widened when he saw where the green snake was heading. "Grass stain! Wait!"
Beast Boy stopped right in front of Raven and shifted back, she didn't even blink, she sensed him coming.
He did manage to surprise her however.
Beast Boy reached for her hood and pulled it down. "There, you look way better with your hood down."
Cyborg's jaw dropped...along with Raven's cup of tea.
Both teens stared dumbfounded at the green changeling, the dark sorceress had a bright blush on her face. A black hole opened beneath her feet and she sunk through it, eyes wide as she tried to control a certain pink emoticlone.
'See Rae-Rae? He isn't so bad!'
'Shut up, Happy.' Raven mentally snapped.
"BEAST BOY!" All eyes snapped to the green changeling who seemed to have paled, the controller in his hands dropped to the couch and he shifted into a mouse. Quickly hiding beneath the couch.
Raven stormed in, two sets of red eyes on her face, black energy was surrounding her clenched fist as her eyes searched for the soon-to-be-dead Titan.
The remaining Titans looked at each other and shrugged, Robin and Starfire got up from the couch while Cyborg lifted it, allowing Raven to lift a very scared green mouse with black energy.
Beast Boy morphed back into his human form and stared at the other Titans with wide eyes. "I can't believe you just sold me to the devil! Literally!" His eyes widened even more as he realized what he said. "Shit..."
Robin shook his head, Starfire covered her mouth with her hand, and Cyborg?
He was filming everything.
"I'm going to ignore that little comment and focus on the fact that you DESTROYED ONE OF MY SPELL BOOKS!" She growled.
He flinched. "It was an accident! You were acting weird lately and I wanted to see if I could find something that'd cheer you up!" He rambled.
'Awwwww! How sweet!' Happy chirped.
This time, it was both Rage and Raven who told the pink emoticlone to shut up.
"That doesn't matter! Not only did you go into my room, you went through my things!" Her red eyes seemed to glow brighter and her fists tightened, the other three Titans stepped back, they had never seen Raven this angry...at Beast Boy then.
The boy in question wasn't worried about his life however, he was more worried about Raven herself. She was obviously fighting to keep Rage in control, and her nails were digging a little too deep into her hands, what if she accidentally cut herself?
She dropped him to the ground and he quickly got up.
"Rae, I-"
"My name is Raven! And when will you ever learn to act mature?! All you can do is something stupid! When are you going to do something that isn't completely something a brain-dead person would do! You really need to-"
Her eyes widened, even Rage was shocked, so shocked that the red emoticlone backed down. Knowledge was speechless for the first time in her life, she pulled the yellow hood further over her head and pushed her glasses up. Happy fainted from being so...uhmm...happy. Timid was nowhere to be seen, not even her gray cloak that usually stood out like a billboard. Lazy jolted awake, her orange hood down and eyes wide. Brave was whistling a tune loudly, trying her best to distract herself from what was happening, her green hood was pulled up to hide her blush.
And the violet cloak? Love's territory just mixed with Happy's.
Beast Boy had just kissed her.
Cyborg's camera exploded, Silkie flew out of the window causing Starfire to quickly fly after him and the computer crashed...again.
Beast Boy pulled away. "So...did that look like something a brain-dead person would do?"
Raven disappeared just as Starfire flew in with Silkie in her arms. The alien princess glanced at the two boys beside her, Robin's eyes were wide underneath his mask and Cyborg's jaw almost hit the floor.
"Did he just..." Cyborg started.
"I think he just did." Robin answered.
"Friends...I do not understand, isn't it a good thing that Friend Beast Boy and Friend Raven bonded?"
Somewhere, a light bulb exploded.
