After the fight with chaos, the scouts thought they were finally over with fighting and are back to peace, but not for long as a new enemy rises up and their goal is to find the scepter of earth., but wait that is not the only surprise, there's a new student in the girls high school and theres a new sailor scout and they are hiding a secret.
