Hey guys! This is my first story so I know there will be some slip ups. Please let me know what you think.

A/N: Skye is one of my OCs that I want to use to show more of the everyday life of Robin. There will be fluff later in the story. I'll also try and add some team involvement. Stay tuned 3

Skye's POV:

"Good luck on your first day at Gotham Academy Mrs. Skye." My school counselor tells me as she walks me out of the office, "Um, thank you." I answer back trying to smile. 'Ok, first is calculus.' Being the new kid made my nervous. I miss California dearly and these stupid uniforms are so uncomfortable and oddly, have very short skirts. After wondering though the hall ways for a while I finally found my classroom, 15-E. I took and nice deep breath before opening the door, almost like I was preparing to see the end of the world. "Ah, welcome!" A man walks toward me with his arms open, "I am your teacher, Mr. Blake. I hope you were able to find the class room easy enough." "Yes, thank you." I answer back trying to be friendly but not look at him directly.

"Your seat will be on the other side of the classroom in the desk in the front. I want to keep you next to Mr. Grayson. He's one of my brightest students so he'll be a good person to ask for help."

"Thank you Mr. Blake"

As I make my way to my seat, I can't help but look at Grayson. He has beautiful, raven colored hair; though, his eyes are blue looking from the glare of his phone. All he is doing is laughing and pressing buttons with a great speed. 'Oh great, I'm stuck next to the tech geek.' I don't think he's looked up from that thing until Mr. Blake got up to speak.

Robin's POV:

"Alright, class, I would like to make an announcement. We have a new student joining our class. Skye, would you please stand and tell us where you're from as well as your grade." Mr. Blake says. 'That's weird. A new student, here at the academy in the middle of the year?' I look behind me to try and find who it is. 'Where is this new student?' A short girl with her hair in pig-tails and full bangs across her forehead, stood at the right of me and said, "Hello, I'm Skye Renner. I'm in ninth grade and from Burbank, California." Her glasses never left her feet. "Thank you very much Skye. Nice to have you here. Why did you move so far to Gotham, if you don't mind me asking?" Mr. Blake asks. With a slight pause and small inhale, she answers, "I came to live with my grandmother." Some whispers started around. Probably conspiracies or something. Skye didn't seem quite calm until Mr. Blake started teaching, she looked up at the board and answered many questions on the board. She was very intelligent; well she should be being only a ninth grader like me. Through all this, I was able to see her soft, round face, small lips and little freckles. She was almost doll like. 'How adorable!' I thought to myself. 'How did I miss her?'

When class ended I wanted to go introduce myself to Skye. As she was putting her books in her bag I leaned over and said, "Hi, I'm Dick Grayson, most people call me Richard, for obvious reasons." Skye picked her head up from her bag and chuckled but suddenly had a somewhat panicked look in her eyes. She told me, "H-hello." Then left in what seems like a hurry. 'She's to odd.'
