Summary: Leo decides to go on an alone patrol, only to find someone familiar…and a female.
Leo's POV
"Guys I'm bored, I'm going out." I told my 3 brothers. "Ok, dude have fun." Said Mikey. Sp that's when I left the sewers we call our home to hopefully find something to do. The city was loud as usual at night. I stated scouting on the rooftops to hopefully find some troublesome foot clan ninjas to take care of. Sadly, there was not a single one around. As I started to head back home, I heard a familiar, female voice. I turned and there I saw the sexy, yet terrifying Karai.
Karai's POV
"Hey there Leo, where are you goin? Back to the stinky, disgusting sewers you call home?" "Yeah, do you have a problem, Karai?" the adorable blue masked turtle replied. "No," I said, "I was just wondering if you would like to do something…fun." "Ha, fun with you? As if." "Oh really?" I say with a smirk, "Are you scared?" "Of course not!" "Well, then come on!" I jumped over a few rooftops, looked behind me, and then he started to follow. I leaped down to the streets and headed down 7th street. I turned the corner and headed toward the woods. The woods then cleared into an opening with a big cliff. When we reached the top, we can see the beautiful stars and lights of the city below us. Ugh, did I really just say beautiful? Shredder would kill me if I were here. But that doesn't matter. My father was ignorant anyways and Leo…I just can't get him out of my mind! He's so nice, and clam, and generous, and cute…. It's a good thing I'm a rebel. I don't care if he kills me. Let him' I just want…one kiss. That's it.
Leo's POV
Why did she leave me here? I mean, its beautiful up here, but why? I looked at her and asked, "Um, why are we here?" she says, "Because I needed to get away from Shredder." "Oh." I say. She looked so pretty in the moonlight. I wanted to kiss her so bad, but her father I my father's mortal enemy. I couldn't do that to Splinter. My brothers would also come after me if I told them I kissed Karai. But she is just so pretty! Ugh, why does love have to be so complicated! "So Karai, why are we up here?" "Uh, to talk I guess." "Ok…" I scooted closer to her and sat down. I looked over at her to see her staring at the city below us. Her hair was still her usual style, but her clothes…her clothes were different. Instead of her battle out fit, she had on a dark blue hoodie with a black shirt underneath and black jean leggings. She still had her katana with her, in its sheath. She was stunning, but she could tell I was staring. When she turned to look at me she did the unthinkable. She kissed me. I mean it was awesome, but so unexpected. Her warm, soft lips pressed against mine with just the right amount of force. As I began to regain consciousness of what was going on, I began to kiss her back. Pretty soon, she was running her hands across my shell. I stopped her there. "What are we doing Karai? I can't kiss you, your father is Shredder!" She answers, "Leo, since the first time we met, I couldn't get you out of my mind. y father kept on talking about his stupid revenge and crap I just, wanted to be a rebel, really bad. I didn't care if he killed me. I just wanted one kiss, just to let you know that, I love you Leonardo." As soon as she stopped talking, she got up, ran away, and disappeared. I then headed back home to think this through. Karai loves me? No, it can't be. Do I love her? I don't know what I feel anymore. I walked into the lair ignoring my brothers' annoying questions. I just needed to meditate alone in my room. I needed to really think this over.
