Prime Time

The sunshine was warm as Zoro napped away in his favorite spot. It was the prime time for good early afternoon sun, and far as he was concerned, nothing was going to get him to move.
"If you don't get off the curtain, Nami is gonna kick your ass. And I'm gonna laugh."
"But Zorooo! You can see everything from up top!"
Not even Luffy's mischief could pull him away from his cozy place. Though, he was still obligated to warn the boy of his foretold doom if he continued his climb.
He did not even open his eyes as he growled out his orders. "Luffy. Down. Now."
There was a frustrated grumble before the kitten landed beside the other on the cushion. Luffy's little paw poked at his elder's green fur. "Zoro is no fun," huffed Luffy when he received no response other than a twitch of Zoro's ear.
With a lazy flop, Luffy sprawled himself over Zoro's stretched out form and decided to take in the sunshine with his companion. After all, it was prime time.
-----
Zoro woke up to a weight flopped across his chest. He blinked and rubbed at his eyes before looking down to see Luffy sprawled across him, sleeping soundly.
He blinked again, noticing something on Luffy's head. His hat hung around his neck, but on his head was... a pair of ears.
Cat ears.
Zoro reached up and flicked at one, touching the furry fabric. He must have gotten it out of Usopp's pile of things he pillaged from the dressing room on the Foxy Pirates' ship.
It was just... odd, seeing cat ears on Luffy. Though, Zoro had the funny feeling Luffy would make a cute kitten. A mischievous kitten, but a cute one, nonetheless.
Since Luffy was not moving anytime soon, Zoro decided he could just lay back and take another nap. It was, after all, prime time for the best afternoon sunshine.
