The skinny guy seemed to appear out of nowhere, falling to the ground. He leaped up quickly, his long arms and legs flying around as he spun quickly, looking left to right. He seemed confused and unaware of his surroundings. His sudden apparition combine with his behavior and peculiar dress, did present the assumption that this man did not belong in this city, or understand why he was here.

"Amy...Amy... oh god Doctor" he cried to the sky, the stars blinked blindly in response. It was then that the sign on top of the hotel he had appeared in front of, caught his attention.

"No... No", this sight caused him to become momentarily hysterical. He fell to his knees on the ground, cradling his head in his hands.

A bright light, illuminating the street like a flash of lightening; from behind him caught his attention, causing him to fall back onto the pavement in surprise. A woman, with flaming read hair, appeared as suddenly as the man before her. Tears clearly stained her face, and more continued to fall, as she looked at the man with the rather dominant nose and sandy hair. Though they were clearly both acquainted, the appearance of the other stunned them into immobility. For quite some time there eyes remained locked, before they ran to each other, colliding in a passionate embrace.

"Amy... oh... amy" the man repeated.

"Oh shush centurion..."

With adoration and fervor, reserved for airports arrival terminals and hospital rooms, the two began to kiss, letting the world fall away, and brightening the whole street with their love.

As Amy and the centurion broke a part and looked up and down the deserted street; deciding now was as good a time as any, I took my lead.

I approached from my viewing spot under a broken lamp. They looked alarmed as I appeared, but I put the best and most welcoming smile on my face.

"Hello Amy, Rory" I nodded to each in turn. I always knew this would be tough.
