Wow…it's been a long time since I updated…sorry about that! There's a lot that's been going on with school and…well, several really terrible and really good things have happened lately…Sorry, and please be patient if you're waiting for an FMA Advice Column update…Anyway, I wrote this on xmas day, and it's based on my and my sister's adventure in making cookies…By the way, this takes place when they were little…like in the episode with that maid…
Cookies"Who wants to lick the spoon?"
Hikaru and Kaoru Hitachiin had always shared everything, ever since they were little. But when that stereotypical "mom is making cookies" question was asked, they knew that the amount of sweet, dough-y goodness on the spoon wouldn't be enough to satisfy both twins.
"Hikaru…" Kaoru said as their mother began loading the lumps of dough onto a tray. Hikaru was clutching the spoon, almost about to indulge in the indescribable taste of the batter, when he noticed the face his younger brother was giving him. Hikaru looked from the spoon to his brother and back.
"B-But…Mom doesn't make cookies that much…and we're not allowed in the kitchen when the cooks are making anything…"
"But Hikaru, it's not fair that only you get to have it," Kaoru argued.
"Either way, only one of us can have it. So what do you think we should do?"
Kaoru thought for a moment, then, struck with an idea, took the spoon from his brother. "If we can't share it," he announced, "Neither of us can have it," he finished, reaching up and throwing the spoon into the sink where some other miscellaneous utensils were lying.
"Hey-!" Hikaru started, but never finished, as Kaoru took him by the hand and started leading him to their room, causing the older of the two to blush a light shade of pink.
"Come on, let's go play."
