"Aniki," a small hanyou called out, his white hair bouncing around him as his little dog ears peaked out from behind is bangs. He was clothed in a red kimono called The Robe of The Fire Rat, a gift from his parents.

A young taiyoukai stopped in his tracks, his fangs clenched together causing a muscle in his jaw to jump.

"What, Otouto-kun," he asked, trying not to snap at the younger boy, impatiently.

His silver hair fell down his back perfectly while framing his pale face and youkai's markings and his golden eyes twitched in slight irritation. He had yet to master complete control of his expressions.

The younger boy grabbed onto mokomoko and entwined his small, clawed fingers in the soft, white fur. As he looked up at his youkai aniki, his eyes filled with admiration and love for the creature who had shown him nothing, but coldness.

"I wanna be just like you, Aniki! You are so strong and so smart," the hanyou smiled, holding onto the fur even tighter and burring his face in the softness.

Sesshomaru almost growled at him for causing discomfort to him, but instead he sighed and placed his hand on the white hair of Inuyasha. He looked down at the small inu-hanyou as the child cuddled into him.

"Maybe one day, Otouto-kun," he whispered softly, not wanting anyone to over hear his words. Inuyasha pulled his face away from mokomoko and looked up hopefully, a large smile spreading over his pudgy little face.

"Really," he squeaked, his voice full of happiness. Sesshomaru closed his beautiful eyes and nodded his head slightly. Having younger siblings could be so tedious at times, more often than not.

"Maybe I will teach you some techniques when you are the proper age," he said gently, not wanting to get the hanyou's hopes up too high. The small boy released mokomoko and attached himself to Sesshomaru's leg, laughter bubbling up from his throat.

"Thank you, Aniki," he cried happily. Sesshomaru ran his clawed hand through the soft hair and gently scratched behind one of Inuyasha's dog ears. "You are welcome, Otouto-kun," he whispered barely audible. Inuyasha giggled softly and leaned into his aniki's hand.

"You are the best aniki ever," Inuyasha sighed dreamily, a content smile on his face.

Don't ask me why I just got the urge to write a little story about the brothers when they were still younger. This is a one-shot and will stay that way unless you really want me to continue. Please review.
