Part 1 in a series of Twilight songfics.

Edward Bella to "Tu Bin Bataye" from Rang De Basanti. Go Youtube it if you wanna listen.

Tu bin bataye mujhe le chal kaheen
Take me somewhere without telling me.
Jahan tu muskuraye meri manzil wahin
Wherever you smile is my destination.

Though Bella usually hated surprises and waiting, she loved Edward's, especially when he'd tell her to be ready to go somewhere, usually an unidentified somewhere for which Alice would spend an hour beautifying Bella.

Most often, Edward took her to his meadow in the woods: the meadow where he first showed her how dangerous he was, the meadow where he first told her he loved her, the meadow where he first kissed her. That meadow of theirs was the setting of so many of their fondest memories.

Meethi lagi, chakh ke dekhi abhi
It was sweet when I just now tasted it.

Mishri ki dali, zindagi ho chali
My life became like a lump of sugar.
Jahan hain teri baahein mera sahil wahin
Wherever your arms are, my shore is there.

Bella couldn't clearly remember a time before she had met Edward and actually been acknowledged by him. Without Bella, Edward was a lifeless zombie, more of a walking, talking corpse than he already was.

They'd slipped into each others' lives almost effortlessly, but they fit so securely that trying to remove either one resulted in nothing but unbearable pain, not only to them, but also to everyone around them.

Bella's voice was the only thing that saved Edward from destruction, and his homecoming rekindled Bella's happiness and liveliness. They were, as Bella would say, "a package deal".

Mann ki gali tu phuharoon si aa
Come down the road of my heart like drizzling raindrops.
Bheeg jaye mere khwabon ka kafila
My dreams will be soaked.
Jise tu gungunaye meri dhun hai wahin
That which you hum is my tune.

Edward always sneaked up to Bella like a rainstorm did, silently. Even though she knew he was coming, he'd always startle her and then tease her about it. Yet it was only his presence that prevented nightmares from ravaging her sleep.

He made her feel special. He made her feel happy. He made her feel whole.

She made his life complete. She made his life enjoyable. She made his life worth living.

So...what'd ya think? Should I continue? I kinda feel this is overly sweet, but I'd love to know your opinion. Also feel free to suggest a new title or comment on the current one. Please review!
