Hannah Abbott walked hand in hand with Neville Longbottom in a beautiful valley filled with the most beautiful daisies. The pair had been dating for just over a year, and everything couldn't have been more perfect. Hannah was true to her Hufflepuff self, and was therefore extremely loyal to Neville. It had not been an easy year for Neville. He had been searching for a job for a year now, and interview after interview had left him jobless and downhearted. Hannah loved Neville though, more than she had loved anyone in her whole life. Hannah stuck by his side the whole time, not caring what happened with his job, knowing that hard work and true loyalty always pays off.
It turns out Hannah was right. Just last week, in fact, Neville had been offered the position of Herbology professor at Hogwarts. Neville was thrilled. After an entire year of searching for a job, he had obtained one at one of his favourite places in the whole world. Hannah was happy with this arrangement too, for she knew how important Hogwarts was to Neville.
The couple continued walking through the daisy strewn valley in a comfortable and happy silence. They arrived at a ring of daisies. Neville put up his hand to stop Hannah. Here Neville stooped down, and for one dreadful moment, Hannah feared he was having a heart attack. Instead, Neville had merely stooped down to pick up and daisy from the inside of the ring. Neville stood up holding the daisy and turned to face Hannah.
"Hannah, your support has meant so much to me over the past year. I've grown to love you in a way I've never loved anyone before." With this, Neville took Hannah's hand, placing the daisy between her fingers. Still holding her hand, he looked deep into her eyes. "If were a day should go by when I don't say I love you may never a moment go by without you knowing that I do." Hannah's eyes lit up, this was perhaps the most beautiful thing anyone had ever said to her before. Neville didn't give her a chance to respond. Instead, he dropped to one knee in the middle of that ring of daisies and pulled out a little box. He opened the box, revealing a simple diamond ring.
"Hannah, will you marry me?" Hannah's eyes filled with tears as she said the only thing that came to her mind.
"Yes."
